semiconductor family, the binding energy is around 1-10 meV, GaAs for example,

around 10-40 meV, such as for ZnSe, 21 meV. In quantum wells, the binding
energy of the excitons should be 2-3 times larger.

围之内，于是就报了名。距离上次爬上已经有1年多了，很担心体力会跟不上=.=认真研
读召集人的帖子，其中提到了要带些energy bar，无奈市面上的energy bar一个赛一个
难吃，死甜，从来都吃不下去，只能自己动手，丰衣足食。
我做的是oatmeal为底的energy bar，原方来自君之。里面的材料选用很灵活，看家里
有什么就用什么了。
材料：
1) 湿料
90g butter
30g sugar
20g brown sugar ，我用的是台湾黑糖
40g honey
2）干料
45g cake flour
160g oat，我用的就是old fashioned oatmeal
45g walnut，切碎烤香，也可以用榛子，杏仁代替，但是事先一定要用烤箱烤出香味
60g dried blueberry，也可以用dried cranberry, raisin等等
20g roasted sesame
烘焙时间：350F, 25分钟

发帖数: 4059 | 23 今天刚知道，买ENERGY STAR认证的产品可以拿rebate。每个地方提供rebate的机构不
一样，有的是参加了特定项目的dealer，有的是当地的电力公司，每家的rebate条件和
金额也不同。
要找你可以用的rebate项目，可以搜 energy star rebate + 州名/地名。
有的dealer网页上也有，比如sears,搜 energy star rebate +sears，在那个页面上输
入邮编，就能找到相应的rebate项目。要用这些项目，你不一定要在sears买东西，只
要买的东西符合项目要求就可以。
我刚在本地best buy买了台energy star 认证的洗衣机，查到了本地电力公司提供
rebate，就打印了申请表格去店里，best buy店员很热情地帮我填了dealer需要填写的
信息，还给了我一份收据的复印件，可以让我随表格寄出。（她告诉我有不少客户都申
请了这个rebate。 ）
2012年内买了新家电、装了节能功能的门窗、 空调、灯泡等、造了新节能房屋的朋友

reaction的enthalpy都是负值，B环的值更小，也就是说B环的峰面积更大，A环的峰非
常的sharp说明A环的反应非常的快。

们看了有什么感受，反正我是不舒服。所以我就发email给杂志主编表示我的不满，可
是一直没有回应，估计是我人单力薄，所以我希望能在本版上找找人气。
其实我们都知道好多美国人（甚至有些地图）都认为台湾和大陆是两个国家，但是美国
官方向来都只承认一个中国（不管是PRC还是ROC)。我们这些在国外的可能也没什么机
会/能力给祖国出上大力，但有关面子上的小忙还是可以帮的。因此我希望大家能不能
