Signing guarantees the integrity of the source data. If encryption is done
after signing, then you have to always perform decryption before knowing
whether the data is reliable or not. In such case if the encryption
algorithm is not strong enough it will be more susceptible to brute force
attack. |

如果blockchain 2.0在往2.5或者3.0进化的过程中，采用eth的话，eth往上的空间就很
大了。。

美国移民局的I-485表格是一个可填写的加密的PDF文件, Google “form I-485”就可
以找到这个表格。其可填写区域太短了，填不下。我想改动一下其可填写区域的字体和
字号，不知道如何改。
我用的是Adobe Acrobat Pro 9，先试了Adobe LiveCycle Designer，但这个I-485文件
要求密码才能打开。
后来又想把这个文件打印成PDF文件，然后用Adobe Acrobat Pro 的typewriter工具来
填。可是在打印成PDF文件的过程中出现错误信息：

Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.
这个文件倒是可以 Export成非加密的Post文件，可是在打开那个Post文件是也出现上
面那个错误信息
最后想打印出来再扫描成PDF，可是那个条形码扫描不清。
不知道那位大侠有什么方法？

that it is scanned by the government. or that it is scanned with the intend
to interfere with his privacy. (scanning for viruses would obviously be
