亚两国，正线全长1860余公里。［1］148为援建这条海外铁路，中国政府不但向坦、赞
两国提供高达10亿元人民币的长期无息贷款，还先后选派５万余人次的援外人员赴两国
参与筑路工作。1967年9月，中、坦、赞三国共同签订的《修建坦桑尼亚-赞比亚铁路的
协定》拉开了中国援建坦赞铁路的序幕，该协定也是赞比亚最终愿意接受中国政府援建
坦赞铁路之标志。不少学者将中国援建坦赞铁路的原因归结为坦、赞两国向中国吁求的

Former Gibbon pastor found guilty of sexual misconduct

GAYLORD — A former Gibbon pastor has been found guilty of sexually abusing
a 16-year-old girl.
A Sibley County District Court jury Friday found David Radtke, 52, guilty of
