他不写PETITION LETTER，读了觉得很糟糕，问题如下：
1，他把CONTRIBUTION 和 AUTHOR 一起放一个 EXHIBIT X 里面
说他从来都是这样写的
2，没有INDEX，需要什么就说 ****ENCLOSED
比如说哪个GOOGLE ADDRESS MAP，就是 “heavily cited by scientists
around the world, as evidenced by the address Google Map enclosed"
说label就是用分割页label "Exhibit I" "Exhibit II" .....

RFE要求提供EVL。而现在即便是EB1A 485 pending的时间也大幅增加因此RFE的时候要
求有一份EVL的可能也大大增加。正好之前我有一点类似的经验，以前也写过个帖子详
述，不过大概也难找到了。这里再给大家说说我的经验：
1， 485 pending期间有工作上的变化，只要不是你主动去招惹USCIS说我换了，一般不
会以此为由让你提供EVL。如果被RFE了有要求提供，很多时候是因为时间太长，USCIS
想确认你是不是还在本领域工作。
2，如果是EB1A，理论上讲你不需要一个永久位置来保证你的绿卡，但是你需要证明你
随时有意愿有能力在相同领域工作或迅速找到工作。所以EB1A在485期间换工作，失业
都不是什么大不了的事情。
3，既然如此，为啥USCIS还要EVL？是为了证明第一，你还继续在本领域工作，第二，
你不会成为public charge。只要你能证明这两点，无论你做了什么，USCIS都没法为难
你。

3，既然如此，为啥USCIS还要EVL？是为了证明第一，你还继续在本领域工作，第二，
你不会成为public charge。只要你能证明这两点，无论你做了什么，USCIS都没法为难
你。

如果我的RFE就是这么简单的话那我也就没有必要写这么多了，让我郁闷的是RFE的要求
里边还有另外两条，1，要提供当前EVL和最近的pay stub；2，要提供证据说明我以后
还会在140申请所陈述的领域里工作。当我第一眼看到这个的时候觉得非常的郁闷，因
为我都已经在中国开始工作了，很显然是没法提供第一条要求的证据啊！那几天里我的
脑子里流过了各种想法，最极端的包括放弃现在的工作再回美国和干脆就放弃绿卡。可
是想来想去我都觉得这其中的任何一个我都不想放弃。最后我选择了这么个办法：
我在我所在的州注册了一个公司，公司主营咨询，业务范围和我在140申请里完全一致
，然后给USCIS提交了如下证据
1，我原来单位的EVL，证明我在申请485的时候是毫无疑问有工作的
2，我原来单位的最后一次pay stub，证明我一直都不是public charge
3，我开新公司的所有文件，证明我有意愿继续在相同领域工作
4，我当前的银行存款证明， 证明我现在也不是public charge

发帖数: 713 | 45 首先再来感谢版友们对我140的bless，无比灵验！厚着脸皮再来求一个bless
作为一个拖延症泛滥的申请人，140从开始准备到提交花了一年时间。好不容易6月底交
了Eb1b 140，却没有马上开动手体检和准备485表，直到本周一(pp后5天)意外接到通知
说140批了，才赶忙开始体检，开始填表，开始照相（walgreen 6张照片花了我40多块
）。
周三晚上和LD填到半夜，今天周四拿到体检表（还好体检结果没有难为我），然后奔向
UPS把材料寄了,overnight，明天上午到。希望能赶上最后一班车，希望USCIS未来两个
月能处理...
如果再来一次我一定会..........忍不住继续拖延 --一个拖延症患者的自白，分享

发帖数: 153 | 46 今天收到了485RFE体检的通知，里面提到会有一个密封的I-693表，但是我收到的邮件
里并没有这个。。。请教一下，这个I-693是会另外寄一份给我还是USCIS寄丢了？
原文是这样说的“Your original Form I-693 is hereby returned to you in the
enclosed sealed envelop. Take this letter and your enclosed Form I-693 to
the civil surgeon... ” 但是我没有收到其他的密封信封啊。。。 |

发帖数: 1 | 47 递交485时，虽然看了很多贴子说要交国内标准公证的4页，但由于大脑短暂性短路，我
只递交了前两页（一页中文，一页英文），鬼使神差，证明英文翻译和中文一致的后两
页我竟然没有递交。所以主副招致出生证RFE。
USCIS规定的尿检是2016年九月份生效的，我的体检是十月份做的，医生忘了做尿检。
接到RFE后，又找原来医生补了尿检，重新封了I-693。
补交RFE材料时，加了如下Cover letter.

结果得到的回复很少，在为数极少的回复里也是寥寥数语。我现在是在485 pending.
老婆现在在国内，就盼着赶紧绿卡下来可以给她申请，就是用follow to join的方式。
前一段时间在网上搜集了一些相关的资料，在这里总结一下。希望对有这方面需要的朋
友有所帮助，也是为了自己能理一下头绪，为今后的申请做好准备。即使是要找律师，
也不要被律师给忽悠了，先做到心中有数。
