小洋娃娃们脸蛋红红满头大汗兴高彩烈的顶着大太阳排队玩的乐此不疲，我们不得不感
慨自己童心已泯。
按序号简单说一遍。
Main Street USA 没什么好说，不过出来时遇到降国旗
1 City Hall总台
2 Main Street Vehicle
3 Wait Disney World Railroad 绕园区一周的小火车的车站，很pp的小火车
4 Town Square Exposition Hall 拍照取照片的地儿
Adventureland
5 The Pirates League 加入会员的地方吧ms，没搞清楚，像个商店
6 Swiss Family Treehouse 参观Robinson的家，一个树屋，我们等Jungle Cruise时去
走了一圈
7 The magic carpet of Aladdin 绕中轴旋转同时可以上下移动的哄小孩儿玩艺，做成
飞毯造型，排队的小盆友太多我们没玩

places to go there.
Capitol is a great piece of architecural work with practical as well as
beautiful designs, full of note-worthy details plus enchanting stories behind
those walls and portraits.
What a view from Mt. Bonnell especially when it has just rained.
Though personally not a fan of Bats, the sight of so many bats coming out of
that bridge really amazed me. The spectacular view surely is worth the nearly

从Austin出发，290 west到Fredricksburg(German Town),965北16英里处。整个山是一
块巨大无比的花岗石（应该是全世界最大的）和无数小花岗石。可以hiking，爬山。唯
一觉得不足的是还是矮了点（425英尺）。 |

那个Mountain Bonnell，几步就走完了，我第二次去才意识到还有点坡度，不是平的，
Green Belt好多人坐在水里凉快，到处是人。有点可怜的小岩石，就有人在爬。
Barton Creek就像煮饺子一样。
Enchanted Rock我们等了两个小时才放进去，十几分钟就爬完了。
Lake travis,光秃秃的像一片盐碱地。。。拦了些脏水。。
总之十分失望。。
德州户外是不能和西北比。。还是要培养感情阿。。。
估计过上几年就想法不同了。 |

Points of interest along the way:
Fredericksburg
LBJ Ranch
Austin
Many lakes with clear water and good fishing (I used to fish in most of them
when I was at UT-Austin)
$6/person >13 years old
Opens 8am-10pm
Possibly close 11am-5pm if park is full (therefore better get there before
11am)
The hike to the top is relatively easy and safe
It is open Christmas day (LBJ Ranch probably not open) but you need to bring

Based on intellicast.org forecast 12/22/10 should be a suitable day with
light south wind and mild temperature.
I am trying to contact the park service to see if reservation is allowed to
avoid possible problem of park closing after 11am. If reservation can be
made, we can
1 leave Houston 8am, car-pool will be recommended due to the long driving.
Riders should pay for gas share. Bring drink and food for the ride and

I went San Antonio River Walk last evening and Enchanted Rock today.
A one day trip would have been easy. If the park closes, go window shopping
in Fred... and back when the park opens again and hike to the summit only,
which is less than 1 hr. Some people enjoy hearing the rock cracking in the
evening, but we never been there that late. Bring enough clothes and also
light if plan stay late. |

guys need to budget at least one hour for this.
The Rock is about 100m high, pretty boring even it is called Enchanted Rock.

needed. Riverwalk lighting is only on holiday season. We plan to go to
Enchanted Rock and then evening to River Walk. Take a ride on the river taxi.
During the day, you may go to San Marcos (half hour north between Austin).
Besides the outlet mall, there is a big spring. No sure the glass-bottom-
boat and submarine theater are still running.
And of course Austin is 1 hour away. If sunny day, the Oasis restaurant is

一趟，百闻不如一见，果真名不虚传。野花绮丽在蜿蜒的山间小道两旁，映衬在德州农
场老树的风景下，如诗如画。不废话了，上片...
顺便去了附近的 Enchanted Rock...

C: Mont Bonell, 老生长谈了。挺不错的。
D: Mansfield Dam: 并非必看，但因途经 2222, 一路惊艳！
E: Travis Restaurant: 秀色可餐，兼可下榻。菜要比绿洲饭店上档次好吃些。
F: Willow city Loop: 好一个传奇！这个秘密老中大多不知道。
G: Enchanted Rock, 太有名了，被誉为德州的心脏。老中也大多不知道滴。
H: Canyon Lake 德州著名沙滩－不用去海边哟。
I: San Marcos, 血拼的地方。去不去无所谓的。
不要谋杀太多的胶卷啊。。。

发帖数: 1243 | 43 那里没什么好玩的。不如再向西去Fredericksburg看看，那个德国小塘到还有些风情，
而且还有个尼米兹太平洋战争纪念馆，如果喜好户外风光可以去那附近的Enchanted
Rock，不过可能要爬山（其实就是块巨大的石头），不知道你们的老人小孩是否能行。
我曾经用了个背包把小孩背上去的。
如果非要找近处的，我觉得pedernales falls可能比那个Hamilton Pool 更好些。
如果想camping，Inks Lake SP的设施最好，而且有不错的trail。不过这么大热天，钻
林子走trail还是小心吧，碰上蛇不说，可能蚊子不少。还有个地方camping 很不错，
Colorado Bend SP，不过那里设施原始，没有电和洗澡的地方，被小山（hill）和河流
环抱着，景色好。这两个state park我建议你们春天去，不但景色没得说，而且可以钓
鱼，很多鱼。 |
