记得是，如果从2个不同渠道拿到移民的配额，可以选择一个file485，还是可以把485连
在2个case上或者是把已经file的485，转移到另一个上，具体不是记得很清楚了。一般好
像都不会这么做，因为只是添乱。
象你的case，如果你太太不用工卡工作，还是h1身份，应该是可以让你太太办LC和140，
如果不在乎花钱以及对你的case不是很有信心。如果你的140先批准乐，她拿到140也别动
，看你的485，如果你的140或者485任何一步出了问题，再用她的。 |
