开始他付过一部分订金 （整个项目的一半），但我觉得花这么多时间在和他的argue上
，实在赚这笔钱不值得。现在项目才开始，就已经花了远远超过我想象的时间，因为他
要求的work process很不合理。但这个process在合同里没有提，所以很难讲一定要按
照谁的。总之我不想继续在他那里继续浪费时间了。想退出合同。但是当时那笔订金我
不觉得应该全额退给他。毕竟我已经在已开始花了很多的时间了。所以想最多退1／3
请问，他会起诉我吗？我该怎么应对？self-employee也有5／6年了，第一次碰到这样
难缠的客户，牵涉到的钱也比较多（定金是3000左右）。
