组里突然要雇2个人. 因为没有预料到市场爬升恢复的那么快，失去了在这里的campus
recruiting的机会，就让组里的自己回母校去找简历然后推荐。
先说组里的情况，5个人，2个阿三。阿三最讨厌，只会翻嘴皮，事情一样不会做。雇人
的要求是technical 背景比较好的。因为公司比较blue blood，阿三不是藤校的，没机
会推荐。
法国人回普大找了几个数学的，结果找了一堆阿三，外加一个paki。阿三的简历都吹到
天上去，一个summer intern都能做n个project,很吸引眼球，但我一看就知道假的。老
美比较纯朴，觉得很impressive.
另一个老美去史大没找到一个简历，好像他们那里的就业超好，都找到工了。
我们学校寄来十几个简历，一大半是阿三。见到阿三的名字就直接发emai |

经过电面，第一轮面试，昨天终于进行了第二轮的面试，见了大老板。努力表现了一下
，感觉大老板很满意。结果在谈话结束时他就口给了Offer，说会hire 我， 让我下周
一给他的HR联系。我们面试全程没谈任何关于工资福利的问题。因为知道这只是口头承
诺，所以心里还在揣测为什么让我给他们打电话。没想到刚回家一封emai 就已经躺在
信箱，说你被雇佣了，让我提供一些信息做paperwork.不过还是没有谈工资福利。对这
个职位本身还算满意，在加上是一个大的机构所以办H-1应该没问题…总之，头脑发晕
便发了封信给那个大老板说谢谢他并愿意接收Offer。其实我的本意是愿意接收工作本
身。不过信发出去才意识到这样做，HR的人会将工资压的很低。
我这样是不是算正式接收offer? 我还能和HR 的人negotiate 吗？一方面担心他们会
take my advantage把工资压得很低，另一方面又担心英文水平有限，怕表达不清，把

的人谈得都很愉快。问的问题基本都回答上了，走的时候HM要了reference，但是说还
有两个candidates下周来面，说两个星期之后给答复。给所有人写了thank you emai，
没有回信。
两个Reference告诉我上周五他们接到HM电话，相谈甚欢。这周都在煎熬之中度过，才
两天，不知还要坚持几天。
今天是周二晚，说这周内给答复，如果周四晚还没有回音，是否可以周五Email骚扰HM

一般如果有offer，是HM先写Email告诉一声还是等到HR联系呢？HR办事效率低，还不是
