about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.

这么说吧 当一部分线程执行if的时候 应该执行else的那些线程是idle的 然后开始执
行else 此时if的那部分线程是idle的 所以这部分被serialize的非常厉害（branch
divergence）性能也就大打折扣了 尤其是当if和else是被同一个warp里面的线程执行
的时候 总时间=if+else
没什么好办法避免 只能优化你的算法 比如把所有的if放到一起 所有else放到一起 尽

1. 很多情况下你开始写条件语句时，你并不知道你在if条件下要return，所以if{}以
内的部分和以外的部分不是if和else的关系。因为加上了return语句后，这两部分才转
换为if和else的关系。如果按第一种写法，将来需要refactoring，不在if的条件下
return，你需要重新判断else里的部分应该在else里还是不应该在else里。
2. 从TDD的角度出发，有了function interface，就可以写unit test。这个时候
function内的逻辑都还没有，只需要一个default的return语句。
3. 王垠给出的例子很简单，但实际应用中的条件语句可能极其复杂，所以一般情况下
，我都会保证在条件语句外有return语句，这也给将来refactoring带来方便。。。

一个层次；文理差不多；管理同级，Harvard也许略强；法学院，斯坦福更强；医学院
