有哪位JM用过资生堂的Elixir系列？能否介绍一下使用心得？想托朋友去日本败一套，
但不知道值不值得？
另外听说SK-II的眼霜不错，有经验的也请说一说。

今天我去家门口的店里，看见两个同胞已经在那里，经理在那东找西找这个Elixir ，
嘴里叨咕着我明明看见过这个东西的。最后终于找到了。。。。
在柜台上他眼皮底下。。。
他说好像是货架上还没有这个产品的标签，所以就暂时放柜台上了，然后他自己也忘了 |

BTW, there is a program in ftp.ifcss.org called panasian(??).
You can just install it once, and never need to reinstall it.
The program is under mac/c-sys I guess. |

shiseido lifting emulsion, II
Collagen Lifting Gel
第一个就是moisturizer，I 是给normal skin的，我买的II，因为冬天比较干。
第二个是胶状的，透明的。补水用。
两个都加了lifting"，就是防止皮肤松弛。感觉有点像age delay的产品吧。
这俩都是ELIXIR系列的。都是日本产的。在一个韩国化妆品店买的。不知道你那儿有没有
送的一套礼品就是一模一样的ELIXIR系列的3件套。toner, gel, emulsion。
还有一个小包包。sample size很大。都是30ml。嘿嘿。。。赚了。哦，那个GEL
看起来很大，不过只有15ml，不过也满足啦！
嗯，总结：还是韩国店大方！过去ME在多伦多那家买的东西，送的礼品，ME到现在还
没用完呢。。还不包括送人的一大堆。嘿嘿。。 |

自从2003年看了一本叫化妆品好坏知多少的书之后我就开始避免所有的卸妆液，专
心发掘卸妆油。直到今天我仍相信卸妆油才是最好的卸妆产品，无论什么肤质都应该避
免那些以强力表面活性剂为主要成分的卸妆液/乳/湿纸巾。但欧美系总体来说比较不待
见油类，所以在我华丽丽的欧美系体验史上才会有这么点点的日系存在。
下列产品排列顺序从最推荐到最不推荐：
清肌晶卸妆油，蓝瓶。他们还有一个透明瓶子里面油是黄色的版本，说是比较滋润
比较厚，所以我这个油皮就自动忽略了。
这是迄今为止我最待见的卸妆油。透明的，质感极好，香味很淡很淡类似于，厄，
大米。。。不会让我发痘痘，有点厚但水一冲就很干净。但无论什么卸妆油我都推荐用
温和的洁面产品再洗一遍以防万一。
Shiseido 资生堂 elixir，粉瓶。这个我只用过一瓶，至今印象深刻。味道很香，
质感很薄，水一冲就很干净。但说明书上写湿手也能用，这点让我有些心里没底。为什
么后来没有再用一方面是因为这款在美国很难买也卖了很贵，另一方面是我至今仍在试
验不同的卸妆油。。。

天用。现在32了。
看来还是要结合自己的皮肤情况，我目前还么有皱纹，就是感觉皮肤松弛，所以不想在
护肤品方面走得太前面，怕到时候有皱纹的时候啥都对我不管用了。
Benefiance的东西没敢用，就是因为它说wrinkle resist，不过下次可以试试他的
NutriPerfect。
我迷信Elixir还有一个原因是因为它是针对亚洲人的，所以MACY'S这种美国店里都不卖
，一般都是日本店里卖。而且都是MADE IN JAPAN哦。曾经在MACY'S败了一件BIO的，后
来注意到是MADE IN USA. |

定的套路形式。绝大多数商业片，都遵循着“三幕式结构”（Three-act structure）
——它来自亚里士多德时代就提出的戏剧理论，即所有戏剧都包含开始、中间、结束三
个阶段，且需要按照某种比例来分配三者。这和中国古代写文章讲究的“起承转合”是
一个意思。
现代商业片的片长大致在90分钟到120分钟之间，这三幕直接的比例基本是1:2:1，也就
是说，如果电影片长90分钟，那么第一幕序曲大概时间是22分钟，第二幕发展和高潮要
占到45分钟左右，结尾第三幕也是22分钟。其中第一幕旨在铺陈，第二幕制造对立，第

要REGISTRATION前，还问了下什么时候开高灯对方多远有车的时候要关灯，还好我猜对
了，５００FT。
折腾了十几分钟，给了张WARNING。
平时还是很在意高灯的，当时在中间有隔离带的有多条车道的路上开，有路灯，没记得
