clover avenue elementary is a popular choice for UCLA families who live near
university village . The school has a API of 948 in the past two years and is about 10 mins away from the medical center by car.
Since I am a parent yet, do not trust me too much, go check out yourself. |

房租越远越便宜。交通上都还方便，最远的开车20分钟，坐车30分钟。房租上最合算的
是clover附近的UCLA的University Village. |

发现zillow.com/realtor.com的学校评分和greatschool.com不一致。
greatschool.com分两项
1)Test score: 10/10
2) student growth score (reading & math): 4/10
综合评分7
但在zillow.com/realtor.com上却显示10分， 好像只显示了test score.
对于亚裔小孩，请问student growth 分数低是不是影响不大
这个小学亚裔占３８％：

请问你怎么看 student growth 分数4分？
是不是说总体水平已经很高， 所以难道再提高？

You are taking all sorts of risks with Dumont or Bergenfield.
Cresskill is GOOD. So is CLOSTER.
I recommend Leonia and Fort Lee
budget. |

which has good school district and convenient location. Elementry API around
950 and Irvintong high API around 837 (2012). You can get 2200-2600 sqft
SFH below 1M in this area.
From Evergreen, commute via 101 is horrible.There is traffic jam on 101 even
on weekends. |

主要原因是不少人参加alternative school programs,这些人后来都从eisenhower退出
了，所以开始在Eisenhower waiting list上的也就进去了。
当然你也可以参加alternative school抽签。离Eisenhower最近/最方便的就是Portal,
我觉得Portal基本上是CUSD中最好的小学了，比Faria中国孩子多一些。 |

能还是有些吵,否则价格可能不只这数.当然CHURCH的房子能挡住不少EDGEWATER的噪音,
但增加人的噪音.另外CHURCH还有个PRESCHOOL,所以白天有很多小孩闹,家里有老人白天
在家的话是不是会嫌小孩子门太吵.这个面积在FC是最抢手的,装修又不错,离小学近(FC
ELEMENTRY刚翻修过),远离飞机航线,总的来说地理位置还是相当好的.我觉得恐怕得
BID到105万. |

95131， 95132, 尽管比较多都是非科技移民，譬如越南人，墨西哥人，比起North
Sunnyvale, East Palo Alto，貌似学区要好很多。Piedmont High 800+, Ruskin
Elementry 900+。 |

， 有的说校领导不太管bully的问题，还有的说太过重视考试，不管全面发展，另一些
人说满意。
另外，上哪能查到每个学校还有什么课余活动 （音乐，体育，下棋，中文，什么的？）
还有娃中午都吃什么啊？中国娃大部分是带饭还是食堂？ 食堂是西餐吗？有亚洲餐可

pre-school, to elementry to middle school, every time my son gets into this
type of incident, all i get from the school is a piece of paper report. So
, i don't see how this school is different from others. However, if you
want to be informed right after any incident happened to your kid, the
parents should let the school know. This will set the appropriate
expectation. |
