本人在Indiana的某大学读PhD。今年年底毕业。我的research都是关于固态锂离子电池
开发的。对很多固态电解质做过研究。也有制备锂离子电池electrode materials的经
验。如果有人知道哪个公司需要锂离子电池测试或者开发的机会,希望能够refer一下

I don't know where you got this reference,honestly I cannot understand what
you are doing. In yours citation Nafion is used and therefore you are
working PEM fuel cell(?), but Idon't know why you add the ink with some KOH
which will have chance to covert H-Nafion to Na-Nafion without proton
conductivity. At fuel cell industrials, CCM is standard electrode
preparation method.

如果想走学术界这条路,个人觉得这个方向好像还可以。至少我认识的phd都在毕业1到
2年就找到了tenure track的位置。这个方向非常交叉,EE,ME,kinesiology,
neuroscience都可以做. 这两年,特别是motion tracking system和high density
electrode array广泛应用后,这个方向多了很多opportunity.如果运气好的话,比较容
易发high impact的文章.
bwt,我估计你说的这个实验室应该用motion tracking system吧?他们用EMG吗?

首先检查一下绝缘层SiO2质量,有可能SiO2层绝缘性能不够造成漏电;其次,也许在开
SiO2窗口那一步控制得不好,造成窗口过大,偏置电流从侧向加载进去了;再者,仔细
检查一下Electrode Pad及其附近区域是否有漏电现象。
另外,SOA其实从其增益原理上讲,与FP激光器并无区别,只不过采用镀膜手段抑制了
光反馈效应,从而抑制了lasing。
从你叙述的现象来看,基本可以肯定所产生的光是荧光,不会有几个mA就能激射的情况
。你有没有测过产生的光功率是多大?

if your short circuit current is a few times higher than nominal rating, (
say 10A on a 1A fast fuse), it'll blow super fast/
If there is any IC, it'll be based on current sense resistor as well, other
sensing methods are even slower. Comparator/opamp would be good enough and
more reliable anyhow.
It'll take relative long time from first short to spark between your
electrodes, in most cases, FYI.

MIS=metal-insulator-semiconductor
我工程知识不行,有几个问题不懂
看paper里测CV的时候,最后分析电路基本都是按照附件里的电路图来分析的,有几个
部分,C(I)代表insulator的contribution,C(D) is the contribution from
depletion region between insulator and semiconductor, C(B) is for the bulk
semiconductor, R(C)is for the contact between semiconductor and metal
electrode
下面是我不懂的几个点:
1.为什么R(B)和C(B)画出来是并联的而不是串联的呢?
2.depletion 和contact的电容怎么测?
3.还有一个比较相关的问题---我看很多device里面insulator可能挺薄的,只有几个纳
米,可是shadow mask镀上去的metal contact却挺厚,几十到一百纳米,那这个shadow
