1）第一次misfire抛弹壳后，没有检查弹头在哪里，如果不再弹壳上，就是在枪管里。
但他用forward assist把下一颗子弹推上膛。
2）第二次misfire后，一样没有检查。一样用forward assist把下一颗子弹推上膛。

Thursday, Fox News confirms.
The pilot ejected safely before the crash and is currently under medical
