因为你需要掌握的技术主要是看广度而不是深度，比如java，你需要熟悉的是大量的
Ecosystem上的各种框架和轮子，以及具体语言中的各种细节。这些东西又在不断升级
、变化。所以无论你智商多高，你都要花费一定量的时间去熟悉他们。
如果你能在8小时之内去熟悉这些，倒也能接受。但现在的internet公司，有几个能给
你充裕的时间？大部分8小时的工作时间花在了解决production issue，code review，
planning meeting上，连真正coding的时间都有限。所以你不得不花费自己的业余时间
去catch up。所以你真正花在编程上的时间一周通常会超过40小时。
这样算下来，当码农性价比并不高，还耽误了大量休息时间，压力也大。实在不是一份

多少保障？

3. 现有开发人员ramp up的成本，如果让你一个人重新pick，你要花多久熟悉新的语言？
直观上短期的风险还有：

，完全是battle tested，如何保证自动转换之后行为完全一致？

的ecosystem.老印有他们功利的一面，另一方面也是识时务者为俊杰，他们认识到对自
己有利的事情，立刻可以180度的迅速而圆滑的调转方向，可以谦卑服帖而且非常的小
棉袄。国人的那种不蒸馒头蒸口气的死撑，在美国的职场很吃亏。
我觉得还是应该积极争取参与新项目，跟VP心平气和的讨论未来的职业规划。小公司招
个合适能干的人也不容易。你只要能体现出自己的独一无二的价值，公司里自然而然的
就会给你保留一块自留地。楼主现在的处境比较失落，这很可以理解。在目前的状态下
，还是用正面积极的态度来改善处境。远远没到鱼死网破，你死我活的死局。
当然也要留个后手，但这不应该是重点。主要精力还是要放在现有的工作上。

外省的男生女生到了北京的大学里，人生地不熟的，学习压力也大，没有什么朋友，大
家心里都慌里慌张的。唯有北京男生，呼朋唤友，中学同学在学校各系都有。更为可气
的是，外省的漂亮女生到了大三基本上都跟了一个或者几个北京男生做男女朋友，可能
是想找个北京的家庭作依靠，在北京留下发展。包括北京萧条的区比如丰台区，石景山
区和通县的男生，也有所获，找个南方省的女生做朋友。很多北京男生人长得很丑，成
绩也很差，但是也能先得月，捞个漂亮的四川/安徽/江西/湖南/广西/云南//贵州/湖北
/河南的女孩子，有时我看着真好笑，觉得鲜花叉在牛粪上。
现在我才意识到，其实还是地区经济发展不平衡造成的差距，经济落后省份的女生
盲目崇拜北京的男生，包括北京郊区和县里的男生，认为凡是北京地区的男生家庭
都有钱有权。
外省的男生也受到不少北京男生的歧视。就像美国人歧视中国留学生一样。

中餐美食地图是我以前的一个Hobby项目,也没打算赚钱,主要是方便自己,方便他人. 人
不常是说那"啥啥啥开啥啥啥,不为钱,就图个乐呵". 俺虽不富,但hosting fee也花不了
几个钱. 如果真要用来赚钱的话,估计要做全职还是不够.
所以网站上也没有放广告, 只是想把它做好,做成一个真正为华人生活提供方便的网站.
我就权当为其他创业项目积累一些经验
现在有了免费的iPhone App,每天的下载也还不错,Android的App也在开发中.也作为我
们团队对Mobile ecosystem的试水
