10年前?俺十一年前都开始用EBeam了,你继续扯。FIB现在除了做research,也就
Testing house里用,生产线上不用这个。至于一般用来干什么,估计你也没概念。
EBeam在制造流程中通常干什么用的,一看就知道你根本也不清楚。你加不加引号都没
用,你根本就不知道EBeam是怎么用,用在哪里的。实话说,随便看过一本工艺的教科
书的,都比你清楚半导体工艺过程是怎么回事。

对eV[i].s排序,同时还要保留ID 的信息。
这个是一个仪器的模拟设计。

这都tm快成月经贴了。老光刻机光刻机的烦不烦啊?
除了光刻机外,中国不会做,或者做出来满足不了最近两代节点工艺的设备有:MeV
ion implanters, ebeam litho tools, ebeam inspection/review tools...

怎么可能是cvd。。。更别说ebeam或者thermal evap了。这就是普通的sol-gel。怀疑
对不同波长和入射角的增透能力,哪个N家献身说法一下?还有涂层硬度,用手按按会
不会改变涂层厚度。。。
难怪追求完美的leica及早地步入ebeam lithography的行列

在硅上蒸发沉积铝做电极,2个分离的pad,没有退火,焊接Pt wire之后测IV曲线,是
线性,但是电阻比预期的大,有几个问题问问,谢谢。
(1)用5% HF 泡过之后, 又用去离子水冲洗过,到放进chamber,起码有半个小时暴露
在空气中(所有过程都不在clean room),不知道native oxide有多少影响?
(2) HF 之后水洗是否必要,另外, 用HF 与 用NH4F+HF有没有本质区别?
(3) 铝膜的质量。SEM 观察,上面的铝颗粒很大,直接200-500nm不等,不连续。底下
的颗粒小一些。不知道是否正常。用的是ebeam source (not ebeam gun), 比较老的机
器。速率0.2nm/s, 时间2小时以上,不知样品温度(蒸发源通过辐射对样品加热)。
(4) 用磁控溅射沉积电极是否会破坏样品表面(表面有~300 nm的扩散层),跟蒸发比,
哪个膜比较均匀、连续?

是用4针法测的吗?如果是2针,需要考虑contact 如果是wire bonding需要比较厚的
电极 可以考虑用probe测测看
native oxide一般几个nm hf洗过之后一般能坚持5-10分钟吧,我也不是很sure 一
般在用hf洗之前会用acetone meth ipa 清洗 为什么不直接在clean room洗呢
ebeam 2A/s 的速度应该是正常的 2个小时有点长 建议提高点速度 样品温度要看
substrate的cooling water是否正常 如果正常的话温度应该不是问题 grain size没
有经验 没有看过sem
sputter不会破坏样品表面 个人认为ebeam长的膜好 但这个要看你的仪器如果

PhD research包括LED and TFT fabrication:mask design, process flow(PECVD,PLD,
photolithography, RIE, ebeam, FIB), device characterization(AFM, SEM,
parameter analyzer, probe station). 也会应用Synopsys TCAD 做Simulation, 包括
Process Simulation, Device Simulation, Structure Editor.
上学期间还修了VLSI课程, 包括ASIC Design和Physical Design, 虽然对Device的工作
没有太大帮助,还是列出来,万一哪家公司需要......
编程语言包括C++, Python, Tcl, Make, Verilog, Matlab

conductivity measurement, AFM, electrochemistry, ellipsometry,UV-VIS,
surface profiler,thin film coating, Gaussian Computation,CAD,Python,MOSFET
做过的project主要涉及三方面:
1.photolithography,ebeam evaporator,dry/wet etch in cleanroom to fabricate
microelectrodes(channel of 3um). Also, I designed my mask with CAD.I did

caltech几乎是每个组有单独的cleanroom,日本是一个博后一台ebeam慢慢玩。
硬件比不过的话是玩不起的。刚好周边也没有什么公司可以合作搞搞的。

之前我给quartz wafer 镀金或者铝的时候也是使用Ti(5nm)作为adhesion layer,没有
遇到什么问题,当然我没有做特别tape off测试。用的是Ebeam evaporation
不过镀金属之前建议用piranha solution彻底清理下glass,看看是不是会好点。

不是大牛,PMMA比较常用,high resolution, good adhesion, not sensitive to
room light, not good etching
resistivity though. u can use 495k or 950k PMMA and using the dedicate PMMA
developer. There are
many other types of ebeam resist and you can just simple google or search
the literature.

scale 多大的
精度要求多高
精度要求不高用photolithography,精度要求高用ebeam lithography
弄完之后RIE就可以了
或者找个带GIS module 的 EBL machine, 一次也就搞定了
不过这个活儿一般价格都挺贵的
