好奇搜了一下，在NCBI PubMed上找到一片，结论很有趣。
没提到器质性损伤，研究和结论似乎主要是心理上的。
1. 妻强夫弱的（predominant female partner ）夫妻模式中的老公比较能接受结扎。
看来恐惧结扎不是中国特色，即便是Switzerland这种发达国家也一样。
2. “Low acceptance might cause erectile dysfunction.”我的理解不知道对不对
。因为不接受/恐惧结扎，才导致阳痿。也就是说他们唯一找到的结扎和阳痿的关联是
心理上的抗拒。阳痿了就怪结扎。

国几个主要医学院多中心推广研究肖氏反射弧（somatic-autonomic reflex arc）肖氏

料。
向NIH要求参加该计划的大学太多，在平衡协调上伤透脑筋。我当然希望多多益善，但

和一个同事聊天，他在政府工作了很多年了。他说政府都是dysfunctional的，无非程
度的差别而已。越是大的政府越是dysfunctional. 政府大了，连自己都搞不清楚自己
有些什么东西，怎么还可能把老百姓照顾好。加州的政府员工的pension, 高达上百亿
美金的缺口，连自己人（才十多万人）都照顾不好，指望他们照顾好广大老百姓（3600
万加州居民）？呵呵。
而且政府的dysfunction是让人发指的。比如说，政府部门，办公室里的打印机要
从办公室的一个cubicle搬到另外一个cubicle，私人企业，当时就自己搬过去了，又不
重。政府不行，你要先上网递交一个ticket,然后工会的人来给你搬，快则两个星期，
慢则两个月。看政府的dysfunctional 程度了。
私人企业雇佣一个人，一个月最多两个月搞定。政府员工，你已经在政府工作了，内部
transfer,在新老板接受你以后，居然还要等半年到一年不等。私人企业最多一两个月
就完成内部transfer了。

我来给替小钻风披黄袍，理由如下：
Parenting 版最大的问题，是在绝大多数情况下，target audience 里面的
持一般意义上的 minority opinion 的 voice，比 majority opinion 的
voice 大上许多倍，占据了版面上远远超过 50% 的信息渠道资源，导致版面
literally dysfunction。
换言之，争议不是问题。合理争议有助于版面流量，老邢笑逐颜开，众 id
乐此不疲。双赢。信息资源渠道被 flood，导致 dysfunction，才是问题
的症结。
（一般意义上的 majority opinion vs minority opinion，举一个大众喜闻
乐见的例子，比如公立私立中小学法定必须的体制内教育 vs 锦上添花的中小
学体制外教育。）

市场化不是灵丹妙药，美国应该学习日本的医疗体制。美国医疗费用过高，最大的原因
是医生收费太高，当然其他因素还有很多。医疗体制应该社会主义成分为主，私营保险
作为补充，占很小一部分。
按人头算，美国政府已经支付了比其他发达国家（挪威除外）更多的医疗费用，但是那
些国家都有全民医疗保险。美国的医疗制度是美国的shame
和极端社会主义一样，极端资本主义一样会产生邪恶
