以前听说过餐馆各式各样的服务态度差，不过和我今天在Han Dynasty遭遇的经历相比
，估计都是微不足道了。今天周末，想出去换换口味。于是一家老小驱车几十迈去了位
于宾州Royersford的Han Dynasty。中午十二点半左右到达的时候，饭店大堂并无任何
顾客用餐，只有黑衣、红衣服务员各一名，前台一名。没想到进了这门可罗雀的饭店，
后面的经历更加的耸人听闻。
耸人听闻其一：黑衣服务员（亚裔）点餐完了之后，红衣服务员（亚裔）来上菜。我想
让她帮忙再拿几张餐巾纸过来。在得知红衣服务员不会说中文的时候，我说“could
you bring me some more napkins”。原话大致如此，或者有“please”，或者没有。
不过我很肯定的是，绝对是很友好的态度而不是使唤的口气。她面无表情的说“say
please”。当我表示出不解的时候，她很不耐烦的又来了一句“say please”。我当时
都震惊了。有服务员这么教训顾客的吗？？？？？

imported technology, nature resource.. from other side of the world even
back to year 1000. We also know that China traded with the west since Han
dynasty, with silk (and so on). However, what did we import, more specifically, in Song Dynasty? Books seldom
mentioned it.
I am curious, so could anyone recommend some acdamic books/paper about it to
me? I am an econ major, but now interested at economic history.

尝。
一个人坐下来，看见一堆人围着一大堆四季豆在忙乎者。找侍应生要了一杯水，去看菜
色如何三排放食
物的地方，一排是小吃一类的，寿桃包有点硬。饺子类只有煎饺。包子没有看到。烧卖
有一点，只是看
着不太好吃。觉得都像是骗老外的东西。一排稍微像点中餐，cheese spinach，BBQ鸡
翅，蒙古烤
肉，杂牌海鲜，宫保鸡丁。没有什么有特色的菜。一排一排是色拉和水果，色拉我不喜
欢吃，水果选择
也很少。切成一片一片的西红柿，黄瓜，罐头橘子，还有两盘有点味道的哈密瓜。看看
菜色，胃口顿时
没有了。随便吃吃，味道也觉得很一般，大部分的菜都偏甜。看看周围，似乎也是美国
人去的居多。
吃完了要付账，半天没有人来招呼我。终于有人来招呼我，拿了信用卡给她，居然就不

次，非常赞，上周去great lake corssing又去了一次，点了一些其他的菜，依然非常
好吃，在此推荐给大家。
这英文店名太美国化了，yelp上看到根本不觉得是正宗中餐，不过吃过之后才有惊喜。
菜馆是北方口味，主打鲁菜。

这种电影，听别人说得无论多么眉飞色舞，在电脑上看了许多youTube，看了很多次影
片介绍，都不过瘾，得自己去看大屏幕，让视觉感受到足够的冲击力。
整个电影一出场就是震撼的高潮，飞舞的白雪世界中，Daron和Jonny 当之无愧的两位
大牛从高山上飘降，飞得赏心悦目，这个覆盖着白雪的山头随着他们飘过而产生了动感
。电影从开头到结尾，一个多小时，高潮震撼不断，雪白的高山因了这群舞雪者而更加
增添了灵气和魔力。他们在巍然耸立的高山的雪上自如随意舒展地跳跃，翻腾，转体，
腾飞，滑翔。。。。。。看着他们，对雪的感激之情油然而生，很想去亲近那样的自然

辛亥革命要干什么？要推翻帝制。辛亥革命干成了什么？也就是推翻了帝制。辛亥
以后百年，当时先进者追求的民主、自由、宪政、人权等等依然任重道远。但是帝制这
玩意，后来再也行不通了。尽管民初的中国兵荒马乱，内忧外患，人祸天灾连绵，复辟
派说是今不如昔，客观地讲很多方面的确如此。相比起过去很多人夸张渲染东欧、泰国
等地民主化以后的所谓“乱象”，民初的乱象何啻百倍，比之更甚的恐怕只有俄国革命
后引发的惨烈内战了。
但所谓人心怀旧不过是想入非非，袁世凯、张勋两次尝试复辟帝制，都立即成为国
人公敌，身败名裂。人就是这样怪：有的事情人们就是认准了不能回头的。正如世上不
少国家独立后长期治理不善，但就是乱到卢旺达、索马里那种地步，也没有人把重回殖
民地作为选项。南非废除种族隔离后治安问题严重，过去也曾被一些人引为民主有害的
证据，但南非现在就是白人也无人想恢复种族主义的“好秩序”了。同样，辛亥以后国
