民主与人权这两个完全起于西方的概念，前者可追溯到古希腊时代，后者则兴起于文艺

契约等一揽子西方思想观念和价值观如此着迷，以致于他们一直致力于将这些观念移植
到中国来。1949至1976年，中国大陆 的知识分子无法就民主与人权进行严肃的讨论，
而同时期的台湾和香港，自由思想则非常活跃，在那里，民主﹑自由﹑平等与人权受到

一 引 言
中国的政治传统中一向弥漫着一层反智的气氛；我们如果用“自古已然，于今为烈
”这句成语来形容它，真是再恰当不过了。但是首先我们要说明什么叫做“反智”。
“反智论”是译自英文的anti-intellectualism，也可以译做“反智识主义”。“
反智论”并非一种学说、一套理论，而是一种态度；这种态度在文化的各方面都有痕迹
可寻，并不限于政治的领域。中国虽然没有“反智论”这个名词，但“反智”的现象则

利安人种族”，复谎称此种族一分为二，一部东进征服驱赶印度土著而建立恒河文明，

you might be able to understand Yuan Chinese, but very hard for Song Chinese
. Not possible for Tang Chinese.
Both Tang and Song are long dynasties. Earlier Song and Later Song are also
very different , same for Tang. |

yuan dynasty是从1206算起的多的是.
不懂不要装懂.
当然算错。1271年才有大元这个国号。不管是谁，把之前的蒙古政权算是元都是不对的
。就好比中华人民共和国从1949年10月1号开始算，1949年9月30日都还没这号国家一样
。更何况窝阔台政权和大元政权的性质都不同。窝阔台还是整个蒙古的共主，忽必烈的
大元只是一部分蒙古人在中国建立的国家。把铁木真成为成吉思汗那年算大元的起点简
直就是搞笑。说实在的，我一点都不悲愤，我就是笑得肚子疼。
