flush干净。
不过一般coolant的case就根本用不着UV Dye，看看机油和变速箱油的状态就知道
coolant漏哪去了。只要油里面混了coolant都能很轻易地看出来。 |

新定一些还是就用这些过期的. 这个好像很贵, 一包200多. 实验室还有5,6包.
这种dye过期了有很大影响吗? 上网查了一下说是会影响label的产率和dye的亮度. |

一般rhodamine或者fluorescein是confocal最常用的染料。他们有很多衍生物，比如带不
同的反应官能团，可以跟其他物质反应，比如带NCS基团的可以跟含胺基的材料反应。如
果你只需要物理混合，那就比较容易。如果你想要把dye标记到PNIPAM，可能需要找个带
荧光染料的单体，然后共聚。或者你的材料上想法弄出一些胺基羧基什么的。恩，建议你
上www.probes.com看看。 |
