My previous posting talks about foreigners unaware that many things in this
world come from China (besides peach, ume (mei flower in Mandarin), pear,
apricot, all of which originate in China).
Today I was surprised to learn that Nepalese call gyaozi their own, which
they call "momos" where "s" indicates plural form. See

最先接触台湾菜，是在到了波城以后。刚到波城，蒙公司的厚待，暂住在市中
心, 走路去中国城只要10 分钟。这对我们从乡下来的，可是如入天堂了！尝了无数家
的饭店，台湾菜是一吃就喜欢了。后来加上俩个儿子的美国胃，台湾菜也常是我们的综
合首选。
海之味 Taiwan Cafe, 34 Oxford St, Boston,
这就是我们第一次吃台湾菜并喜欢上的台湾馆子。 店面很小，忙的时候（好
像只要是吃饭时间总是很忙，无论周末还是平时），不光要排队，还要拼桌子。好像吃
过的菜都不错， 公公婆婆来时也爱这家。只是有一次的红烧鲗鱼鱼不太新鲜。儿子第
一次接触小笼包也是在海之味， 那可是一尝倾心，百吃不厌呵。于是乎菜越点越少，
小笼包越点越多。直到有一天，小笼包点太多了， 很实在的服务员提醒我们别点太多

misunderstanding of how I would pick up my order. My plan was to call
Duansong mm when I arrive in Boston, and I knew she would deliver to NU at
3:30pm. Sorry if I made her waited for me in Central Square. We did
communicated through cell phone and I was able to pick up my order at her
last stop. Thanks for her hard work again. |

有几个建议：饺子馅可以再多些，价格如果能在5-6刀一磅就更合适了。毕竟商店的最
