当时上交接了DTV的国家项目, 搞了十年, 花了很多钱, 没结果
就像你说的, 杨林看到这个机会(奥运要用), 回国联合T/F搞出了产品
他当时基本上没花国家什么钱
而上交的这个项目差不多搞了快一个亿的国家经费
等中视一号出来后, 上交看着形势不妙也加紧搞出了demo
然后两派互相掐架
最后妥协产生的国标融合了清华, 上交, 和中科院的东西
另外杨林找复旦设计芯片并不是清华做不出芯片
差不多就是拉拢两个学校
最主要的目的是靠复旦在新闻界的影响力来推广这个标准
这东西其实难度并不大
看看西安交大也搞出来了

这些事情我还比较熟，我来说说吧
数字电视国家正式立项是在1996年，当时张文军还是刚回来不久的海归，职称也就一个
副教授
1999年他的第一套样机出来后高清直播了50周年国庆大典之后才开始平步青云的（今年
60周年国庆大典的高清数字电视转播也是张的团队弄的，神六神七里也都有他们的技术）
1996到1999年，这3年他的团队几乎是在拼命的，一切都是从无到有的，当时中国离世
界领先水平的差距比现在要大多了
后来他又解决了单载波支持移动接收的问题（大概在2001年的时候搞出来的），这个获
得了2003年国家科技进步二等奖，在这之前国际上的共识是单载波不可能支持移动接收
现在张的组移动接收做得相当好，多年前（如果我没记错的话，应该是在2004年）就已
经在磁悬浮上跑（430km/h）也照样高清晰接收了，这个当时清华的多载波系统远做不到
后来（大概2002年）张又解决了不需要GPS同步的单频网组网，这个也没有其他系统能
做到

, DSL/Pons, Switch&Router etc Wifi is only one of them.
BRCM beat Atheros in all Wifi product lines...that's whyy Atheros got bought
by QCOM.
QCOM's current competitor is MTK,period. INFN can't even macth MTK.
So far for 4G, brcm is the one of the largest player already after buying
BEXXX. |

access fee也是20，这个zte的新的唯一优点是standalone，不需要其他plan。所以应
该长期用没问题。 |
