对BRCM的工资没有概念。
QCOM还是有点熟。
至于QCOM ppl 2 BRCM
我觉得跟两个公司的produt有关
QCOM基本只有手机芯片，
BRCM的产品线大得多，而且BRCM的手机芯片部门比QCOM晚，自然从对手那边挖人是最好
选择。
总的来说，都是混口饭吃的地方，光做民工，还是住不起Carmel Valley啊

PMU/RF at $2~2.5. It is not surprising the industry has to cut benefit and

terms of compensation. But after the reform(RSU cut, vacation 0), it is a
median pay company now.
While Q goes another direction, it replaced options with RSU(vest in 3 years) and raised bonus level....
So now, overall (including benefits) , for the same position, Q pays 10-20k more than B.

I don't know MRVL's benefit level, but Q is generous in bonus+RSU.
B has no advantage in bay area at all, as a result, the new hires are mostly in Irvine/SD.

的手机还要收保护费（大家都很烦)，但一旦到用户手里就没份了。而apple在产品全寿

还有第三个几年内不动的参考价。三个价格里面取低的。这个参考价
是management定的，隔个2，3年重新定一次。
前几年股票低的时候，那个参考价很低。所以这样ESPP爽了几年。
今年大概重新调过了，爽不到了。
其实吧大家都是打工一族，薪水bonus多个1两万扣了税也没多少。还是
做点自己看兴趣的东西要紧一些啦。
