mold, 还有一个是deck太旧，说要么修，要么换。加上七七八八其它一下小毛病，
agent建议我们找seller降价$5000
第一次inspection的时候没有开水，所以没检查水管，今天做了剩下的inspection，结
果如下，说都是小问题，想问一下大家的看法。
Kitchen:
Noisy disposal
Leaking at dishwasher shut off, dishwasher not tested.
Filtered drinking water spigot at sink inoperable
Repairs at sink drain.
Lower Bath:
Slow drain at sink
Suggest adjusting internal toilet hardware for proper operation.
Suggest caulking tub faucet.

of water after each shower, during winter time when air is dry, 30 drops
will be gone before you can discover any water mark.
You need to buy stethoscope to find the source of the drip and listen for
the exact sound. There is chance you got nothing to worry about, but better
find out early to be sure. |

smooth after powerwash, the wood is kind of fuzzy if you know what I meant.
A spray only job is ok if you plan to sell the house soon (will look good),
but a back brush job will make it the paint job last just a few years longer.
You can brush without spray, but could take a long time, if you are not so
good, some will drip on the grass as you try to get more paint on the brush
each time after you seeing the progress you m |

my grey water collection system (sand filter, 4 x 500 gallon fiberglass in
ground tank, a few pumps), only shower and rain water is collected (not from
kitchen or toilet). I use them to feed into drip irrigation system for my
vegetable gardens and sprinkler systems to water my lawn.
I do not waste anything even I have my water well.
You can treat more grey water if you want to, but I do not have time to mess

back year sprinklers (2 zones) are on T/H/S at 5/6/7/8am, each time 4min
front&back drippings (2 zones) are on Sunday at 6am, each tiem 60min
my yard are total about 4000 sqft, front and back are basically 50/50.
does this setup sound ok? |

It will affect the efficiency more if the pipe is pluged up, and water is
accumulating inside and begin to overflow. (again the bigger problem will
not be the ac efficiency at that point)
If pvc, you can buy the kit to glue them together yourself, use the purple
primer first, not hard to do.

Vegetable garden are doing very good, I use everything organic this year.
I mixed sandy loam with a organic compost called oragrow (from local
baltimore waste plant).
I have everything on drip irrigation this year, works better than water them.
Right now, so many things is ready to harvest everyday, much more than we
can eat. |

The water tanks I am using are made with fiberglass, there were a total of 6

to drip some milk or congee to its beak. It might try to
drink it. At least that will keep it from de-hydrating.

The main reason the cold pipe (bigger one) is insulated is because if it is
not water will condensate on it and drip down on to area should not get wet
and cause other problems.
If possible you can wrap them both together, use the cold pipe to help cool
down the hot pipe part of the way.
If you system is very efficient, the cold return pipe should be just a few
degree cooler than the room temp. Most over sized system is not, and the
pipe is much colder than the air. |
