找了半天没找到合适的地儿问，这里型男多，就问问穿衣，西装和衬衣的技巧吧
为了准备面试和会议，想买件正式的衣服。去店里试了一些，因为平时不穿的缘故，总
觉得别扭，可能是fit不好，也可能是我心里作用。。。
1. 看到前一段时间讨论衬衫的问题。我买的express的 1MX extra slim fit，非常贴
身，挺好看的。就是拆开衬衫后，一堆褶皱，让我怎么熨烫啊
2. 西装research了好久，我不打算买dressing suit，就是跟裤子配套的。想分开买，
买blazer。也是express的。试了几个号，觉得胸部不是太紧就是太松。
3. 裤子我买的是chino，不是dressing pant 。 我觉得平时稍微正式的场合都可以穿
，出去开个学术会议也行，去学校面试给talk也可以，不想搞的太证实的dress... 阅读全帖 |

not AP. I know for a real job interview it's better to dress up than dress
down. as I mentioned though, professors in science are very casual, probably
because they were wsn before and they are used to that casual life style. I
just want to be appropriate but not over shine. I will practice my ironing
skill. again dressing suit and pants don't come often to the life of postdoc

发帖数: 26270 | 6 一般说来，减肥的时候建议用很light的salad dressing，比如olive oil + balsamic
vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。
比如这个，就是用Fage total 0% Greek yogurt, avocado, green chili sauce,
chopped green olive调成的沙拉酱。
沙拉里面有：一块grilled chicken breast（切块），grilled asparagus，broccoli

个人觉得亚洲人还是不要穿全黑的 显得人气色不好 尤其是黑头发的mm们 而且无关不
够立体的 例如偶自己。。。这个structure不行 咋画也不行。。。
我一般穿深色的，配饰亮一点，很多mm问穿不穿丝袜，这个我个人觉得要看dress是啥
样的 还是鞋是啥颜色的，black dress也不一定要配黑丝 如果腿好看 裙子又不是很短
高跟鞋的形状很好 把腿露出来也很漂亮
一般外面穿个大衣就行了 一进去都有挂衣服的地方 clutch里面无非就是装个手机 车
钥匙 一些零钱 如果需要补妆的带个带镜子的粉饼 lip gloss 个人觉得就够了 因为厕
所随时都可以去 里面什么纸巾啊什么的都有
喜欢穿strapless的mm可以带一个小披肩 因为有时候露肩膀有点冷的说。。。
我一共去过4次
先奔两个吧。。。一个穿深蓝色丝袜 一个光腿。。。我不瘦 就凑合看吧
