白班在 1500 给我交班时已给了5 bags(total 50meq KCL), 并嘱咐我给完第6袋后再
查K, 1600 就不要查了, 如果没有给完的话.
等我接完班, check chart and MAR, 一切routine 都做完并处理了两件较急的事情后
去给那个病人第6袋KCL 已是1620. 我边挂bag边给病人和他妻子讲这袋输完后要再查一
次K. 病人妻子告诉我刚才有人已来抽了血了. 我感到意外, 随即意识到是白班忘了告
诉clerk 取消1600 lab draw, 因为整个order(60meq) 还没有执行完．病人被白抽了血
，我感到很内疚，但不能在病人和家属面前表现出big deal的样子， 只能轻轻地说了
一句，没关系, 这袋完了再查一次. 还好,病人家属比较nice, 没有说什么（病人是
confused). 后来结果出来 K 升到3.8.
等第6袋输完后再查, K 居然升到了5.9(我们 lab 正常植是3.5 - 5. |

there are lots of wood material left in the backyard, so I wanted to make
use of them. Also want to learn my skill.
the three white draws are from the old kitchen.
the standing four poles are treated 4x4, while two lockable wheels under one
side.
on the opposite external side, there is a handle so that the table can be
tilted to move on the wheels.
the flat support board in the lower tier are 3/4 x 5 from the old fence.
all the other are 2x4.

on the segment(change the intensities of those points to brightest). the
