1)Q: 喝多少酒才需要问CAGE? A: 12-15 drinks per week. higher number for guys.
So if a man drinks 2 glasses of wine everyday, you don't need to CAGE him.

2)Q: 要在opening的时候drape病人么？A: 现在的考试绝大多数病人都是已经draped.
但是要养成习惯，看到没有drape，就要说： let me make you more comfortable, 然

总结先写：
１。提早计划，如果可能的话
２。想省力，就找当地的小生意上门定做，可讨价还价，不过有一定风险，可能最后更

３。想省钱又不挑剔的，就去全国连锁的店像ＪＣＰ之类的找deal，但选择少，质量一
般。
４。对花色款式有讲究的，只能从国内买了，有人带过来最好，连硬件一起带更好。

1.大致情况：我们买的是新房，主卧，书房，所有的浴室以及厨房水槽上面的窗户都用
的roller shade－叫卷帘吧。客厅，家庭厅，饭厅和所有客卧都是双层的drapes－包括
布帘，纱帘和遮光布。
2.窗帘来源：主卧和主浴的卷帘都是local business上门定做的，其它卷帘是在jcp的
网站上买的。布帘纱帘遮光布都是我在淘宝上买的，让我妈快递给我的。Roller shade

的意见。
我4月考的CK吧，然后5月开始准备，看FA，看了1周以后上网找SKYPE的网友练，每天练
3-4小时，自己能说2-3个CASE吧。全职上班，白天有时候逃跑回家上网继续练，也能练
2个CASE。周末找朋友陪练5,6个CASE。6月底去了NJ的2天周末班，学的时候觉得学了很
多，真正考试的时候由于时间关系，应用的也不是很多。最终7月初考。考试的时候及
其紧张，前3个CASE脚都在抖，写的PN也涂改了很多，有个CASE没诊断出来，连CLOSURE
都没来得及做，以致回家以后非常懊恼。做到后面越来越顺，表情也自然许多，和病人
的互动也自我感觉良好，写的PN也不怎么涂改了。成绩是INFORMATION SHARING 和
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS压了一点点BORDERLINE 的线，估计和那个没诊断出来的CASE 有
关，有时候还纠结在听不懂的单词上。
教训： FA很好，有时间再看看UW也是好的。找到一个好的PARTENER，要互相帮助提高

question list, so PN is more important for data gathering score. When I took
exam in philadelphia, patients tended to volunteer information.

Xi puts it. "We don't look for trouble, but if trouble comes; we are ready.

China will probably not be aggressive enough to start a war, but if pushed;
they will respond. The issue is where is the Chinese limit, or the Red Line
as Obama calls it. Will they change their red line like Obama does to with
Syria?..
