good idea for you to be the guy to provide evidence.
Complain the noise to the manager is the best way. Just say that you can't
stand for the noise. If any other neighbor complains too, you win. I did
that before. After it happened a few times, the manager kicked my downstairs
neighbor out.

是在做梦，坐起来又仔细听了一下，确实是有人在钦门铃，而且频率很快的那种.我赶
快穿上衣服叫醒老公，从楼上下去这门铃声就没断过.我当时脑中的第一反应就是应该
是隔壁的印度邻居，去年我们家浴室龙头松有漏水到他们的浴室，就是这样连续钦的，
但没有那么高的频率.
开门一看，果真是这位印度邻居.见她一手拿着电话，一手在不停的挥舞，她对电话那
