(b) I doubt Taiwan military is so weak. No doubt Taiwan's is better than

百姓就可以理解的很好。
关键是这里的大多数中国人，不知道reasonable doubt是什么意思。这其实是英美
common law法系的对于刑事诉讼的认罪标准。因为绝大多数时候，判定一个人有罪并无
法做到100%证据确凿，比方说A杀了一个人。检方有人证，被告说他撒谎。检方有在场
证据，被告说他在打酱油。检方上说凶器上有被告DNA，被告说是被人栽赃弄上去的。
但是在法律上，当证据强到一定程度时候(beyond reasonable doubt)，即可有合理的
理由认定一个人有罪。
克里说的逻辑很简单，有physical evidence表明这是政府军有组织有预谋做的：政府
军戴了防毒面具，且有物理证据显示火箭从哪来，击中哪，所有的火箭都击中反政府军
的地盘，因此beyond reasonable doubt是政府军做的
美国高中生都能看的很明白这个逻辑，只是美国政府的证据可信度有多少，大家都知道

法庭要 用 reasonable doubt, probable cause 来质疑他， 就必须拿出证据证明法官
并不是一直认为 天上有两个太阳。
reasonable doubt 也是要有一定事实基础的。

不能说你错，但你忽略一个重要事情：合不合理？你可以宣称你一辈子都认为天上有两
个太阳，但如果没人信你的话，你照样死球。你可以宣称你一辈子都认为魔鬼三角是喝
酒游戏，但如果不合乎常理常情，你照样死球。
听过 reasonable doubt, probable cause 没有？法律并不脱离常情常理。 |

Late to the party, didn't see the original post.
Based on public information,the house was purchased in 2013 about $198K; now
worth over $240K (appraisal value) owned by husband & wife. Mr. Pei had a
business registered in his name and used his residency address; doubt if he
filed tax return as Sole Proprietorship or set up a separate entity. The
revenues/sales of the business was less than $20K each year for the last
three years at least.

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名
，被校医区别对待了，甚
