的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？

Some dont spend 5 grand twice a year for vacation.

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis

itself. You can have same style beers but they all have different 度数.
Usually, when there is "light" or "lite" behind it indicates it is low in 度
数 and also low in Carbs
All the beers you listed are styles meaning they are brewed in certain way
but it doesnt means they have the same hops, grains. So you can have same
company making 10 or 20 IPAs but they are all tasted differently.

. dont worry, just let it be, they will eat when they need it.
some time my girl didnt want to eat, then we tell her she doesnt want to eat
, then it is call the meal. sometimes she has her lunch at 12pm, and dinner
at 6-7 pm, she is fine..
miss one or two meals is ok for baby as long as they are not crunky

my daughter 5 month went to daycare, i feel i did the right thing.
family care is half price as day care in my area, but i dont think money
should be the consideration, only a couple of hundred dollars, compare to
child development, it is nothing.
dont worry they dont sleep in daycare, my daughter barely sleep in her
daycare, since other kids may cry and she will wake up, but she sleep
through the night pretty well, from 9pm to 7am, on the weekend, to 8am! that

7/8/9/P short irons got very good solid contact and relatively consistent.
Driver, woods, hybrid: i can hit very long (relatively)
