1. Make sure you have the right subfloor for hardwood floor
2. Buy hardwood floor and open boxes in the room to acclimate hardwood
boards for 1 or 2 weeks (avoid winter to do installation)
3. Remove baseboards
4. Remove carpets
5. If drywall does not directly touch the subfloor, check if the gap

应该这样总结：
楼主的推导基本上是对的，只一项有细微的偏差，就是donot说的因为多了自由电荷导
致电阻率有那么一点点变化（非常非常小），那个公式可以做一点点非常非常小的修正
，最后得到的结论和楼主得到的结论非常接近，有那么很小很小的一点不同（比如1/
10000000的不同）。楼主之所以奇怪，只是没有仔细想这个结论的物理意义。想通了就

our first daughter and it was really scary. But we made it, used the
medicine you mentioned. My daughter is the most beautiful and smartest in
her class.
Just follow the doctor's instruction, use the medicine in time, lay on bed
all time except for rest room. We made it to 37 weeks.
Our second we lear the lesson, and stayed very carefully. Luckyly it was
much easier, no medicine nor emergency. The most lovely girl. |

there should be no such thing as 有的事情需要许多天完成, everything needs to
be one day max task. If you donot have that, you donot have a scrum team.

others are doing. the expectation is just perform well on the job you get
allocated. I donot think you are quite there yet.
it is hard to be a junior guy, but there are a lot of advantages as well.
people cut you quite some slacks because you are junior. It is easy to beat
people's expectations. Just donot be judgemental or get in someone else's
way, unless you are really really sure what you are doing.

GE is never afraid of not being able to find any candidates. People would
run towards them regardless of the pay.
I have a friend with ME ph.d, earning like a postdoctoral in her first job.
Lower your expectation if you are trying to survive and you donot have a 2nd
offer to backup. |
