API太混乱，这么多年了，on the spot的文字输入，还是不是总work
另外，Dolphin自称是改进的文件管理，但是甚至还不如Finder好用。比如，Column
view的时候，Finder的话，双击column resize的那个东西，会自动调整column的宽度
适应内容文件名长度，但是Dolphin还要自己拉。这些细节啊。。。。 |

终于进入step3的复习进程了，考古了精华区又看了官方网站，有几个问题想要double
check一下，请知道的牛们帮忙：
1. 说要pass step1/2 才能报名，就是说要拿到cs的pass成绩后才能开始报名是吧？
2. 有个要求说是要certificate，有点儿糊涂了，到底是学校327表交上去的
certificate，还是step1/2通过后可以拿到的那个什么证书到手，才能报名？

2012.07.10 advance swim workout 总结
上课一小时，两个比我慢的同学终于来上课了，我算是一人之下二人之上了，虽然我还
是比小孩儿慢，但是明显比另外两个同学快得多了，认真上课进步还是很大的。今天教
练还表扬我单臂向前腿部打水非常好，问我是不是自己练了，其实木有练。今天比赛了
三次自由泳100yard，我如果用全力的话，在前50yard能基本咬住小孩儿，另外我改进
了转身动作，虽然不会flip turn，但是我push off以后，下潜到两个身位以下的水下
，避开水面乱流，做两次dolphin kick，自然浮出水面以后，第一次划水不呼吸，第二
次划水再吸气，因为我腿部力量比小孩儿大，下潜比小孩儿深，转身已经能够跟她一样
