As a matter of fact, current research shows high protein intake does not
really damage your kidneys, provided you have a pair of healthy kidneys to
begin with, just like dietary cholesterol intake alone (like from egg yolks)
does not affect your blood cholesterol level much at all if you do not have
cholesterol risk factors.
See, it is just too easy to make such seemingly correct connections. Since
you need kidneys to process whatever leftover from processing proteins, high

residency program。

这跟Nike的“Just do it"不一样。

来自主题: Fitness版 - A question for ppl who are doing P90X
Haven't tried CoreSyn yet, but me seems ok with their pace when doing Poly.
Of course some of the moves I cannot do exactly what they're doing, but I

the knees get hurt later on. How do you guys do this? Thanks

“Everyone has an opinion on Diego Armando Maradona, and that’s been the
case since his playing days. His magnificent performances and extraordinary
goals at Mexico 86 will live forever in the memories of all football lovers,
myself included. My most vivid recollection is of this incredibly gifted
kid at the second FIFA U-20 World Cup in Japan in 1979. He left everyone
open-mouthed every time he got on the ball. And at the age of 50 ...
