核心提要：贝志城通过远程诊断帮助协和医生挽救了朱令的生命，他自己却在第二年被
北大“劝退”。这里面的全部秘密就在于一个关键问题：时间限制性。尼罗河对证据的
分析表明，所谓“远程诊断“不过是一个明修栈道的先知神话。
在《诊断骗局之鱼目混珠》一文中，尼罗河揭示贝志城在中央电视台文献记录片中展示
的“远程诊断”不过是他自己从教科书上摘录的内容。人们不禁要问，既然贝志城声称
手里有上千份电邮回复，其中30%作出了铊中毒的正确诊断。一个绝对数字是84份邮件
作出了铊中毒的正确诊断。拿出一份邮件来给大家见识一下这个“正确诊断”应该是没
有问题的。贝志城之所以不能出示“正确诊断”并不是因为他手里没有这样的东西，而

That is possible. However, the policy itself was too vague to begin with.
It also goes back to the political environment where if some sort of
disturbance happens after you acted according to your own interpretation
instead of the "safer" interpretation, then you will be held personally
liable for the disturbance. In this environment, all risk takers are
eventually driven out of the system, and only people who wouldn't move
unless forced to are left. |

这整件事情我的确觉得自己是被误导并歧视了。
我实在不能理解这里有些人的想法，首先一定要找出自己人身上的错误，然后拿着放大
镜放大再放大。我唯一做的不太符合标准的就是在经济舱广播说行李满架的情况下，大
家都在过道里堵着走不过去的情况下，先把行李放在必经的商务舱的行李架上然后再去
找乘务员商量，因为在狭窄的飞机过道里面，很难一手拉着小孩一手拉箱子。
难道这些说我的人都希望被白人如此对待吗？还是说他们希望自己的老婆孩子被白人如
此对待？
为什么他们对那个乘务长的的态度视而不见，反而说她说没有空座是委婉的说法，而我
说的确有空座就算是让别人没面子？
我来美国也有很多年了，来来回回坐飞机也很多次了，这样明目张胆的歧视还正是第一
次见到。

，经历了大选期间的各种drama，但是美国媒体的做法还是屡屡让我刷新认识。
我不是川粉，完全站在一个中立的角度来看，美国媒体的这些手段真是太下作了。
看看下面这篇报道。如果只看标题，第一段和最后一段，这简直就是川普通俄的铁证了
。但是如果仔细读一读就会发现，整个故事就是根据某某匿名来源编的。这篇报道的中
间还是装模作样的引用了一下出席会议的其他人的采访，虽然那些人都明确的反驳了这
个无端的指控，但是文章最后还是spin成川普泄漏了保密信息。这些媒体造了谣，白宫
打了几个电话，就成了要contain damage了。实在是无耻之极，语言无法表达我的恶心。
对自己的总统都如此下作，那这些媒体会怎么写的关于中国的报道，可以想象有多么恶
心。这些媒体成天鼓吹什么正义公平，只是装13的时候用用而已。

居民在使用功能机，潜在智能手机用户量巨大。
然而对于苹果来讲，这块“大蛋糕”却只能看，不能吃。眼见着三星、华为、小米等手
机厂商逐渐瓜分完印度市场，苹果手机却无可奈何。目前，苹果手机在印度市场只占1%
左右的市场份额。
不过现在，苹果可能连这1%的市场份额都要没了。现在，印度政府再次向苹果发出公告
，要求他们必须上架的这款防骚扰软件名为DND(Do Not Disturb)，如果拒绝配合的话
，那么iPhone禁止在印度销售。
据了解，DND(Do Not Disturb)是一款用于追踪骚扰电话和短信的APP。不过由于其能访
问消费者的电话和短信，侵犯了用户的隐私，苹果一直拒绝上架这款APP。
现在印度官方对苹果发出了最后通牒，如果在2019年1月之前，苹果还抵制这款APP，那
么他们将要求印度所有的移动运营商对iPhone手机进行强制退网，这意味着所有iPhone
