行，有的要右转）在等待红灯变绿灯。我因为要右转，不想再耗时间等灯，就直接进入
路右侧的parking lot, 穿过Lot, 上了右行的主道（我真不知道，这样行使是违规的
）。不曾想被巡逻的Ｃｏｐ给抓了，得了一张ticket, description: Disobey Traffic
Control device。告诉我10天内联系court。按照本州规定，要罚款$130和２Points.
请教各位大侠，有没有好的办法上庭argue能使处罚减到最小程度？
另外请教大家哪里能找到美国交通规则的细则，真的想补充点美国交通规则的知识，以
免下次犯类似的错误！！！

左转，结果一边找路，一边转方向，地上的公交线没注意，在公交线上左转了。警察立
马给了一张disobeyed Traffic Control Device，写了No Turn exp Buses， 130块。
当时问警察这个影响会不会保险，她说不会。想在这里问问大家，
1.会影响保险么？
2.有什么办法能把影响减轻？(因为不住在纽约，去一趟挺麻烦的，所以去上庭是最后
的选择)
3.周六的事情，当时警察说是网上可以交钱，但是刚试了，貌似不行，这个系统更新不
是立刻的么？

开到85，给了一张罚单。情况如下：
1）我记得当时是在从左道超车，然后又马上回到右道。超车时应该有 75到80， 但是
应该没有到85.
2）罚单上写的是"Disobey Traffic Control device", 1110A., 没有写明我是
speeding， 也没有写我超速多少。也没有相关的“supporting deposition” 给我。
罚单上有一栏“Radar Officer Signature”也是空白的。
3）我是加拿大魁北克的车牌。
有几个问题请教一下：
1）我这个是speeding的罚单吗？会发多少钱？会扣点吗？（纽约的罚单怎么影响魁省
的驾照点数呢？）当时问警察会罚多少钱， 警察说不知道，法官会决定。
2）找大家的经验，我应该“Plea guilty” 还是 “Plea not guilty”？

disrespectful of the court's authority。即使有的建议不好，需要争议，例如：不

纽约附近听说海边是查的挺多，没带registration应该没有这么严重，你把往年注册的
记录都带上，再把今年注册的也带上（注册一份就行），一般会dismiss掉。如果实在
担心，花几百块找个律师帮你搞定，警察写的disobey公园警示那个可以argue，拍张公
园警示的sign，然后对照ticket上的时间跟法官解释。

Please educate me the Gc application process, because I refuse to do the
paperwork for my husband(我老公申请，我不帮忙）. This was the first time I
disobey my husband. 那也是个炸弹 of my life today..
