So far, the group has already finished form 1-6. Only form 7, 11, 12, and 13
need be done.
Next weekend (8/25/12 and 8/26/12), we will discuss form 12. Each day, we

2周前面试(收到版上很多有用的关于面试着装意见,在此感谢!),谈的都挺好的.今天收
到Chair的email,先说他们上周discuss了,还是觉得我的application很impressive。但
是一些issues被raise了，所以希望跟我review/discuss these issues over the
phone.
我承认我一看“issue"这个词就不淡定了。
大家看看可能是关于啥呢？
我来回忆一下面试吧：
1.第一天见了无数人，跟Chair第一次见面谈了1小时很positive，job talk很positive
，晚饭很放松，一群faculty和我一起吃，有说有笑。我当时几乎是哼着小曲，高兴的
回了hotel。
2.可能raise issue的基本都谈了，LD是否愿意来这里，我什么时候可以start，lab
space，等等。
3.第二天上午继续见人，都很positive，有些faculty还给我chalk talk的小tip。然后
中午chalk talk，现在想可能问题出在这里。我讲了3个p |

1文章初稿投过去，co-editor（通过杂志社指定，他们有个专家库，都是从里面选的，
当然专家库的名单是公开的，而且都是本研究方向发表文章比较多的小组）找至少2个
人初审，然后决定是否文章可以在其网站公开发表，
2如果被接受并在网站公开发表，这个版本是discussion版本的，然后再找至少2为审稿
人来评审，同时审稿人的意见会陆续在这个文章的网站链接帖出来（审稿人可以公开自
己的名字也可以选择不公开），在2个月的时间内各个读者也可以对文章发表意见，到2
个月之后，关闭读者意见功能，作者回复所有提出的问题
3最后编辑汇总各方面的提问和作者的回复，来综合决定是否接受该文章
大概审稿过程是这个样子

当然这整个过程相对其他匿名保密审稿，这种方式有好的/不好的方面，

In general, I believe, as an individual recreation fisherman, as long as you
follow the rules and regulations, you are perfect. Period. I don't see
