是在说chase之类银行给的汇率好坏。我一直很纳闷，用visa标识的信用卡，在国外消
费，汇率走的不就应该是visa的批发汇率吗？这个和chase的汇率有什么关系呢。网上
搜来搜去，发现用美国信用卡的同学们貌似没人提出过这个问题。
根据我使用中国的信用卡的经验，信用卡使用外币时的总费用，就是卡组织（visa/
master/银联等）的汇率+foreign transaction fee（中国叫货币转换费）。比如银联
标的人民币卡，去欧洲消费，就是直接用银联提供的人民币-欧元的汇率；再比如中国
的双币卡，如果是visa美元的，去欧洲消费，就是用visa的美元-欧元汇率，然后以美
元入账。
银联的汇率比较坑，但是visa/master的批发汇率是非常优惠的，比银行的汇率要优惠
得多，中国的双币信用卡确实都是这么算的。
我就很纳闷，难道chase之流的国际化大银行，难道比中国的银行还黑？不用visa的汇
率，而用chase自己的汇率？怎么都不应该啊。

报告了自己的SSN，但是BOA的Debit Card一直都没关联上SSN，所以也不知道CC到底关
联上SSN没有...
现在看到Discover it4季度online 5%很心动呀...所以查了一下creditkarma，然后说
匹配不上我的个人信息！
所以现在请教各位高手前辈的问题有：
1.BOA有没有可能没有匹配我的SSN导致我一直都不会有信用记录？需不需要再跟他家汇
报一次SSN？还是说creditkarma有延时需要过几个月再看？
2.现在以我的情况申请Discover it student有可能过吗？考古说纯新手这个过的可能
性基本是最大的了，但是我现在有一张BOA...
3.如果不出意外拿到了Discover it，12月想去纽约的Citi branch申请forward还有希
望吗？虽然考古说新手申这个也很容易过，但是那时候会有一个Discover的hard pull
了（农村伤不起..连Citi branch都没有555）

输入KCV6的code
填完信息后（不写学生免得被转入学生卡申请），提交申请
补充一句：申请过程中有一个terms，最下面几行说了有$150。

在我印象中，Discover是那种很不开通很死板的那种
他家已经坚守一人一张Discover personal卡的不成文规定很久了
现在竟然能开两张同样的卡真是很神奇
难道citi的高管跳槽到discover了？
不过需要将旧卡的一部分cl挪到新卡这又是哪出？
新卡就算给个几百的上限也没啥吧，而且这很符合Discover的风格 |

两个账户之间时间不够长，打了电话给discover他们非说我的more ”也许“ 是it卡。
。。（但是我看了又看我的account明明是more啊！！）然后又说我如果45天内再打电
话就没有hard pull说不定账户间距就又够长了就被approve了（再申请真只有一个pull
吗？）。瞬间觉得discover的客服毫无公信力啊！！！求大神们指点可靠的recon号码

很多，那么是所有的网上购物全都算5%吗？

是仍然只有5%？

如果是政府部门发的List，那别的银行也应该有，为什么只有Discover关卡？
如果是Discover自己搞出来的，那是不是搞错了？有很多网友说从没搞过第三方Bill

你的2和3都是老黄历了
2是指批的卡尽管依然是discover，却是不同reward program。这个reward program可
以包括开卡bonus，尽管其他部分可以完全一样。（当然你也可以说这是discover的借
口。但你看当年citi forward还出了不同版本reward的forward，一个2%一个5%，link
都不一样）
3是discover more。这年头还有人用它吗？新版的discover IT早就是1% flat了 |

LZ的第二点，我能说discover其实没啥问题吗，就像有些visa signature卡的开卡
offer，也只有你的信用符合要求才会给，否则开卡奖会被降级是一个道理的
LZ的第三点就是你没做足功课了，Discover more本来就是其他消费每月前3K是0.25%返
现，之后1%，你只要转卡成discover it，就所有消费都是1%了
shop discover cash back 常常不给就不说了，路人皆知，各种理由赖
2. 我申卡的时候用的是一个$100的bonus,申完了不给，打电话过去说你这个信用不符
合$100奖励的这张卡，我们自动给你换成了没有奖励的卡.CNM,我当时用它家的时候它
家只有More 这一个产品好不好

discover ——>外部银行）。对应的是ach pull，即为在discover账户里，从外部银行
拉钱（资金方向：外部银行——> discover）
D家和barclay家都提供免费ach pull和push的服务，当然saving的话是每月限制6次向
外部push（其实就是限制取钱次数），超过6次要收费
经常有些银行有开户活动，比如某某银行开户给200刀啥的，常见要求就是完成一次
direct deposit(DD)，标准的DD定义应该就是雇主给你发工资的那笔款。但是很多银行
把ach transfer当作DD，所以只需从自己的discover bank做一笔ach push就能拿到开
户奖励了，而不用去雇主那里经常更改自己接收工资的账号做真正的dd。 |

discover it可以同时有2张？

1.BoA取现
很方便，在很多城市取过，没有手续费，汇率也不错。
BoA最近一年内一定变过系统 去年夏天设置的6位密码今年回去发现不能用了，用以
前的4位密码可以。
2.刷卡 Discover，Chase Sapphire Preferred, fia amex都没有手续费
discover要提前打电话通知，其他不需要。
并不是所有收银联的地方都能刷Discover,很多地方刷不过去。
从我使用的情况来看刷不过的情况比刷过的情况要多。在几个大超市都刷不过。特意
留意了一下，几个刷不过的超市都是走的农行，建行等四大国有行的系统，刷过的有交
通银行和其他几个民营银行的系统。
总体感觉Discover没那么好用，还是BoA取现是王道。 |
