起生活。2014年在美国生了宝宝。2015年在美国总收入1万美元不到些。2015年在美国
待的时间超过183天。
问题：
1.关于2015年报税需要填的表格是否正确
老公F1：2015年1-7月填1040（ds)，2015年8-12月填1040nr(ds) 美国境内收
入为0，8833, 8812, 8843。Dual status是否还要写个Statement？
本人F2：8843
2.关于1040的filing status
2014年报税按resident报税时，因为要申请申根签证，来不及给F2申请ITIN
，所以filing status为head of household.
2015年报税发现已婚只能选married filing separately，需要填F2的ITIN，
这个情况怎么办？打算在填ITIN的地方空着，然后写张说明，Exemptions按F1和宝宝两

利spec 然后发一个invention disclose给公司律师，把该发明的发明人都列入。尽管

真正的专利文稿是有专门的第三方专利写手做的，律师也不一定参与。
尽管这个职务发明产权是公司的，公司会给予一定的奖励，几百元到几千元。 但是很
多企业把专利发明人做一个铭牌挂在公司入口或者其他地方展示，还是很有成就感的，
所以楼主要把参与的老板们全部放进去，而不是计较排名的问题，因为毫无疑问你是排
名第一的， 其他人都不敢有什么想法排到楼主之前，但是反过来说，楼主把那些人都
列入，很显然这是一个networking的机会，大家心里都会在乎的，因为这个是CV里一个

3）。12／15／2010 她收到补件通知，补交期限是1／26／2011。她直到1／25／2011才
通知我。还跟我说USCIS允许发延期请求，她已经发了。

信息，以后申请485你就有问题。所以递交了140后，你就不应该再以j1身份出入美国。
485 pending时以J1身份出入美国， 485直接失效。
140被否不会否决你的J1。 提交485之后，你必须得等到AP才能出入美国，否则485申请
