，当年老Bowden刚夺冠意气风发，有记者问这个能夺冠是talent更重要，还是
discipline更重要。老Bowden回复曰：如果discipline能夺冠，那么每年决赛都应该是
Army对Navy乐。
这个talent和discipline大多数时候都是矛盾的存在，象我鳄圣Tebow这样既是不世出
的天才，又能遵守纪律的模范青年实在是可遇不可求。一般的天才球员如我鳄Percy
Harvin等都是恃才傲物，视discipline如无物的主。如何协调好talent和discipline，
既能赢球又约束好球员，是每一个powerhouse的高薪教练都要面对的问题。一般每一个
教练都有自己的风格，主要分为以下几种。
第一类是以萨班和LesMiles为代表，既能招到超一流的talent，又能以自身强大的气场
震慑住这些骄兵悍将，让他们专心打球不惹是生非。比较而言这种能力萨班天下第一，

我一个同事说，她从小练体操，那里管的很严，所以认为discipline是理所应当的事情。
我觉得这个主意不错，但又不想让孩子练体操，又想不出其他强调discipline的课外活动

上撒泼啊，什么时候都必须顺她的心，不顺就哇哇大叫，之类的，还有些肢体小暴力，
等等。
语言教育，讲道理之类的好像不见效果，我们也暂时没有实施过time out。
那天爷爷让她不要在厨房里玩，危险，挺好的口气，但她明白了那个意思就不高兴了，
哇哇哭，然后跑过来要我抱，我就看着她哭，不抱，跟她说爷爷说的没错，是你无理取
闹。但是娃还是一直哭，张着手，扒着我要抱，我都有些不忍心了，不知道那种情况下
，是满足她的心理需求更重要呢，还是discipline更重要。
我不知道是该再等一等呢，还是现在就可以做规矩了？另外，都有一些什么好的
discipline的方法呢？我觉得最困惑的，是现在讲道理，她到底懂不懂，有没有用呢？
我妈的意思，是小孩像她这么撒泼都该打了，说我太惯着孩子了。 |

过了一会貌似要开始尖叫， 我立马带他走了。 |

，我觉得主要原因是 个头比较大，（13个月，24lbs了；头也很大，个子也挺高的）然
后性格很开朗，喜欢和小朋友打闹。
上个月相继出现了 打人，咬人，推人，吼人的事迹。
我知道现在孩子还是太小，而且又要开始terrible two；但觉得还是需要和她唐，开始
定规矩，培养她好的行为习惯，有没有什么专门介绍如何discipline 小朋友的书籍，或者
各位家长 有什么好办法推荐？
