反射激光的，就是他写的。
这个哥们是个偏执狂，彻底的二货。自己曾经搞过半年每天只睡4*15分钟来测试一个关
于睡眠时间的理论。
这个哥们的文章都不错，但是你得有执行力才能获益。他那些道理简单，其实大伙都懂
，但是想要坚持做下来不容易。
要想把事情做好，很好的self discipline应该能把自己提高的top 10%左右（也就是说
进一般的大公司）。但是你光搞self discipline也不行，第一是搞得自己很痛苦，第
二是效果也不见得好，不能持久。什么事情想要真正做好，需要发自内心的兴趣。楼主
培养培养兴趣吧，要想把编程和算法搞好，你得喜欢。喜欢和不喜欢带来的motivation
的差别，和进而导致的学习效果上的差别，说差5～10倍都是少的。
幸好的就是，兴趣和自律都是可以培养的。
最后就是别挂在网上。时不时上来看一下有用和好玩的信息，再放松一下就行了。
在网上看得再多，灌得再多也改变不了自己现实中的状态。
