没有receipt
amazon其实又是帮stamps.com代理。不论直接在stamps.com上打，还是在USPS.COM上打
，都能提供receipt
偏偏这个amazon不提供，只能提供
A，这个order charge了我XXX邮费
B，我的disbursment里charge了XXX
但是这两个web页面上连我名字都没有……
stamps.com表示我这个label不在他们system里。
邮局表示你要能提供label原件也行，但是reprint label只能在24 hour之内。
电话USPS CS就更扯，说是stamps.com退我钱。stamps.com自然是不退的。从来没有打
算象amazon CS要钱，但是第一次电话某个煞笔老印无法交流，一遍遍地跟我解释
amazon shipping credit……
