有点不淡定。不过好像感觉还好。
网上填的评价，因此填的学生不多。基本是成绩好的班填的人多给分也好。都是本科生。
干脆大家给评评、给点意见吧。没有看到全系或者全校平均分，所以也无法和其他人比
较。4 分制，1 分最好，4 分最差 （应该是对应 strongly agree, somwehat agree,
somewhat disagree, strongly disagree)。
第一门课，高年级的课，只有一个班，15 个人而且只有 6 个人填，12 项总平均 2.03
。还有一个学生忘了填写了封感谢信，:-)。
第二门课，两个班，第一个班成绩一直好（早 8 点的班),38 人 24 个填，平均 1.69
；第二个班 （9AM 的班），成绩一直比较差，28 人 16 个填了，1.98 分。
有几个人说语言问题，意料之中了，大家都说无论语言多好第一学期这个评价难免有，
因此倒也相当淡定。

东西两岸ABC,完全不同。
随便看了一篇，提到两个问题: 生长在白人95%的中西部；父母没有意识到身份识别问
题的严重性，没有对此做什么准备。
对比下，我们在生活在亚裔人口处在一个自认为最优比率的地区 ，也是有很多其他地
区移民，提倡政治正确,强调种族融合，人民富有同情心的深蓝区。此外我们从来就重
视这个问题，儿子1岁就送美国幼儿园，2岁后几乎每年回中国，和国内亲戚交流很多，
对自己哪里来的深有认识，可谓对两种文化都有一定认识。

这个其实是他自己经常这样说他自己，开会的时候都说过。
结果周四他就给了我employee counseling form—insubordination & violation of
company rules. Written Warning--- counseling action taken: written Warning
我很吃惊，从来没有遇到过，也不知道还有这事。后来跟VP—老板女儿谈过，跟她说我
怕被解雇，那还不如我自己辞职了。VP说不会因为这个被解雇，说一半都是三次警告还
不改正就会考虑termination了。她让过回家仔细想想，说我可以写自己的comments，
可以选择agree or disagree.

以后有空写个我的工作上的总结。简短的说就是，这次的事情，如果我有错的话，应该
就是我太不老练圆滑，工作上太进取，工作初期每天连续工作12-14小时。而人际上注
意不够，不小心表露了我的内心。
我确实是从内心里看不起我的supervisor，我们组没有一个人看得起他，当面顶撞他的
不少，敢唯唯诺诺，什么决定都不敢也不能做，大小事务都找到上面来避免担当。只敢
对我们这个组大小事务全都想控制。我们公司或许就是因为是家庭公司吧，虽然做得规
模不小了，但老板娘和那个senior vp的暴躁脾气估计把能呆下来的人都磨圆了，但也
完全无光了。真正厉害的人，公司根本留不住。马上要走的那个人是我们组有真的能力
的，也有性格，我亲眼见她直接把笔狠狠的朝supervisor扔过去后扭头就走，
supervisor当时硬是一句话没说。当然她也被压制的不行，她忍了一年多了，也被磨圆
了不少，现在终于也跳了。
我现在要好好想想怎么拖延时间不交表，实在不行了怎么样在签了disagree的同时去辩
驳，或者我直接就只签disagree，懒 |

有人退休给了一个月的notice，controller退休，给的notice的时间更长。或者说是对
于quit，都是两周的notice?
有网友发信说很想知道，如果签了上报到HR存档有了这个bad record,以后背景调查公
司能查出来这个bad record吗？我不知道确切答案，但好像有不少人都提到说查不出来
的，是吧？
是不是如果我只签“disagree, employee refused to sign”，不写comments，这样算
同样还是有bad record，至少在这个公司，对吧？
所以上策还是连“disagree, employee refused to sign”也不要签，估计我就算2周
notice,hr也会要求我签“employee refused to sign”
谁能告诉我怎么才是上策啊？ |

So Chinese government do not think these words are crime.
You can disagree him, but you should not put him in prison.
Why our Chinese people dont understand this is a shame to put a person in
jail because of his non-violent words. He ask for peaceful/gradual political
