出租: UTC La Jolla Crossroads的一个1b/1b apartment，6月15号或者以后都可以，
价格是每个月$1260，不包括utility。目前的lease是到今年10月底。到时候如果喜欢
，可以续 lease，价格上一般会便宜一些。而且11月之后一般rent都要比旺季低不少。
Apartment比较大，接近900 sqft，在二楼朝南，有阳台，冰箱，烤箱，微波炉，洗碗
机。洗衣机和烘干机都在Apartment里面，很方便。有很多柜子，房间里有两个walk-in
closet，阳台上还有一个储藏室。停车是在underground的停车位，gated building。
整个小区设施非常好。多个游泳池，BBQ，小孩的playground和playroom，gym, spa,
racquetball court。走路几分钟就到了Noble Athetic Area，很大的运动场，图书馆

发帖数: 201 | 35 当初嚷嚷着要回国，到去年12月一咬牙归了，转眼回来4个月了，上来汇报一下。
原计划回来找个留学中介啥的工作玩玩，突然发现现在满大街的留学中介已经竞争白热
化，工资待遇就别提了，于是乎不趟这摊浑水了。码农的工作个人是烦透，因此也不打
算重归老本行，决定还是不给资本家打工，自己折腾。
说说我所知道的国内情况：
1.关于工作收入，最近几个月跑了深圳北京，到处拉同学聚会。感觉国内压力是挺大，
同学大多收入一般，大约就5K~7K，大学同学当码工的一般一万出头一点。不过都是刚
出校门没几年，将来自然有发展的可能。还是一些爱折腾的同学混的好一些，例如有个
在TP-Link的，外派到俄罗斯，单枪匹马打出一片市场，貌似牛X的很。总结，对于大部
分人来说，如果老老实实打工，在国内日子真是挺难过的。
2.物价，房价是挺贵，租金也在涨。超市基本一两天一逛，每次百来大元就没了，不过
我在加州也这样，所以没觉得有什么。人工费那是相当的低，家里雇一保姆，一月才
1800。火车站帮忙运行李，我几个大箱子，才10块。。。我都忍不住多给了两块小费，
底层同胞真是太苦了。
