it's probably not a bad idea for you to do your diligence and have a good
understanding of zero coupon bond first, and set your expectations properly.
It doesn't matter how much the past performance of this fund had. It's
holding zeroes and will mature and liquidate in 2025 as the name suggests.
It should be fairly easy to calculate how much discount you're getting at

not, I found it tricking me into believing in something that isn't really

第一句：先把招工广告上的职位（比如，senior nuclear engineer) 抄上。在前面加
褒义词。什么褒义词？什么好听说什么，experienced (这个慎重，因为后面还要用
experience这个词）， motived, diligent, proven, 等等， 自己网上找吧。然后，
后面加 with 100 years of experience in nuclear bomb making之类的自我吹嘘 --
瞧不起老印？人家老印绝对是这方面的专家。
细心的会注意到这不是一句话，只是一个短语。对了，要的就是短语。后面几句也是。
第二句，第三句，甚至第四句，全都差不多，注意和招工广告对应上。给个例子：

（先夸自己，self-motivated, hardworking/diligent,都挺好）+ 给自己封的头衔 +
with 什么什么的资历。
不建议你在qualification提xxx software, 一是对方有可能完全不知道那个软件,更主
要的原因是给别人留下一个不好的印象，以为你只能用C++写xxx。
另外你用的关键字太谦虚，比如第二句吧，这样大概更好一些：
extensive experiences in all stages （特别留心这些小地方，是复数 stages)of
commercial software development from program definition to xxx (不知道放什么
词好，外行）implementation.
bulletin item 一定要是动宾短语+强调结果。就象我举过的例子，一个小设计更改，

fix bug非常困难，因为crash/hang在多处不同的地方. team master带着几个ass

发帖数: 1262 | 50 女的混上去的，一般上进心很强，只允许成功，不允许失败。说白了对失败的容忍度低
，未必是没信心。我只是一个小头，但是也很push人，能力差一点的push一下，就提高
了不少，能力强的，一般也就是due diligence的提醒。总的来说要看人，放心的人，
不用push，偶尔check一下，或者人家主动汇报。不放心的人，就只有经常询问了，看
是否需要帮助。如果手下都是能干的人，没人愿意去push，我现在换了一个小组当头，
都是老工程师，比我牛，我压根不会去push，只需要manage一下work scope，做一下
team的image，很容易的。剩下来的时间就是直接把自己当作一个工程师，看那块需要
人，自己填上去。 |
