1) It takes approximately one month just to have an editor
assigned for your paper.
2) Letter should be faster than paper. The shorter, the better.
3) The review speed can vary alot. It depends on factors
such as diligence of editor and reviewers. As a result of

If the summary is accurate then this is a long winded whitewash of Hirohito'
s prewar reign. He was far from a helpless monarch. Witness for example how
quickly he suppressed the young officers revolt in 1937. Nor was he helpless
to stop the attack Pearl Harbor. Several of his ministers opposed the
attack, as did his mother. In what can be seen as case study of the

I've had many clients like your friend. A 5 minute conversation is about the
extent of the due diligence necessary to realize that he is not a person
you could rely upon to either honestly service his debts or to be
sophisticated enough to be aware of his capacity to service debts. I've seen
far more insolvencies due to a person's lack of ability to make accurate
budgets than anything related to dishonesty.

有意思。这篇长文的标题是Chinglish 2 English（从中式英语到标准英语），作者是
浙江大学的美国外教Chuck Allanson，内容则是Chuck在中国五年任教期间所听到、所
看到的各种Chinglish说法。
比如Chuck第一次来中国，下飞机后，负责接待他的东北某大学英语系陈老师说：

，同时唱好经济... 真正赚钱的人才懒得理会这嘴上的痛快。
