发帖数: 176 | 1 2007办了一个eb3.现在还在同一个公司，想再办一个EB2。跟老板和律师大致说了一下
。律师说要sustantial different。譬如原来是3级engineer，变为4级engineer，工作
内容类似，只不过级别升了一级，这就不行。如果从engineer变为engineer manager并
且管人的话才行。这话说的当然在理，但老外律师一般都有一说一，不会象中国律师一
样站在你的角度帮你出主意。
我想请教我现在是operation planner，如果变成operation planning manager但没有
直接汇报的下属，是不是可以在工作内容里回避一下直接管理下属的方面，强调进行业
务管理和收取其他团队的业务汇报，并且多用些关键词，和原来EB3的工作内容写的不
一样些，不知道能行吗？

principle applicant) submitted all documents together including FP. For one
person, both I-131 and I-765 show “Case Was Approved”. For another person,
I-131 is “Case Was Received” and I-765 is “New Card Is Being Produced
”. For the same person with potential combo card, is it reasonable to show
different status of I-131 and I-765?

Anyone know the difference?
I was pulled over last weekend in Oregon, and the policeman said he decided
to give me a warning when he handed me a piece of yellow paper.
When I look at it, it says "citation", and it also has a base fine of $x. I
couldn't find anywhere on it saying "warning".
And we are also required to either appear on court in person or write to the
court and appeal guilty or "no contest". So it looks like a ticket to me.
Does anyone know anything about this?

I didn't finish that round, with 2 holes to play. and it was +15, say if i
par that both of those 2 holes, it would be a 87. without that 2 birdie, 89.
it was kind of mediocre round without those two lucky putts. In stroke play,
2 birdies only saved 2 strokes, but the feeling was much different than
just 2 strokes saving.
