to have about the same contrast range as dicom, but you don't want to do
the unnecessary conversion. |

me to see some images but almost all those are scans from films. only one or
two gave me digital images, but in GE native format that I had to use a GE
workstation to open.

Nuclear medicine: get interfile if you can, otherwise get manufacture-native
files.
non-radiology physicians won't be able to read manufacture-native files, but

way. every modern MRI/CT/ultrasound machine has the capability to export
native images into DICOM files. |

though some hospitals have deployed limited versions of PACS, they don't
have the will or know-how to integrate it into the EHR system.
aside from the network infrastructure, for diagnostic radiology, you need
diagnostic radiology-grade monitors. a 24-inch diagnostic radiology grade
monitor cost about $14,000. i personally use a 24 inch medical review grade

听了版主的建议给DNR的service center 打了电话，说明过程，告知local店一定能买，但需要把地

话，一定能成。得，咱再跑一趟吧。去了walmart，一开始还是不行，最后不得不把屏幕转过来，在俺

有了证，岂有不用之理，于是直杀“战场”，虽说空军，却在最后遇到渔警，算是对我辛苦的“回报”。有
趣的是，哥们看了半天证，问了句 “What does the OC mean?” 呵呵，又一个learned

seeing the actual MR images, i estimate the chance of being another disease
instead of colloid cyst to be up to 5%, assuming the description of the MR
images is basically correct. if you want me to have a look of the images,
obtain the DICOM files and share them with me. i need to see the fine
contrast to do the differential, so DICOM files are critical. |

当地时间3日，委内瑞拉总统马杜罗宣布将在本国建立加密数字货币体系“Petro”
，即“石油币”计划。马杜罗称，“石油币”的设立将推进货币主权、促成金融交易并
打破金融封锁。他强调，“石油币”计划将由委内瑞拉黄金、石油和钻石储备支撑。
然而，委内瑞拉国内的反对党并不买账。反对派立法议员Jose Guerra表示，马杜
罗的“石油币”计划没有未来。“石油币”计划落地之前，需要获得国会的批准，在委

2月20日，委内瑞拉政府正式开始“石油币”的预售，发行参考价格为60美元，发行量
为1亿个，首日获得7.35亿美元的认购订单。
并且总统马杜罗去年12月承诺，以该国奥里诺科重油带阿亚库乔区块１号油田的全部石
油储量作为发行“石油币”的物质基础，也就是说，每个石油币与一桶石油等价。
这意味着无论是否被看好，石油币已经成为世界上第一个由主权国家发行的数字加密货
币。
委内瑞拉为何“敢为人先”？
那么在各国政府严控各类加密数字货币和产生质疑的时候，委内瑞拉政府为何反其道而
行之？其实，这里有它特殊的原因。

is usually operable. please upload MRI images (preferred format: DICOM).
the unfortunate thing is that there are almost no neurosurgeons in China
that can operate on brainstems in small children. but you can find such
neurosurgeons pretty easily in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Japan.

this might be difficult because the quality of the vast majority of
pathology and radiology reports in China are too low to be accepted by
physicians elsewhere. most radiology departments don't want to give patients
complete images (DICOM (or ANALYSIS or NIFTI) format) either.
RCC patients should see urologists for possibility of surgical resection
first. |

2/15 images: not convinced it's extramedullary. the signal intensity seems
to be the same as spinal cord and it's inside the dura.
there is not enough information for me to say anything certain, but
syringomyelia with ruptured syrinx comes to my mind as one condition that
needs to be looked at.
if you can upload images in dicom format, i might be able to give it a
better look. |

need DICOM files. |

be sure you will need a well-written medical summary and all raw reports.
for MRI images, DICOM files are needed. film prints are often improperly
adjusted. |
