我的皮肤: 刚读完大学的时候脸上不停地长痘痘,大概过了2年终于停了..现在夏天皮肤
是混合偏油或油性,冬天是偏干,总之很难侍候. 而且皮肤有时容易敏感,对大多数的
sunscreen和粉底/BB cream/ting moisturizer要么觉得很油,要么发痒或长痘.
Cleanser:
1. Shiseido skincare purifying cleanser. 这个是我用过最最最好的cleanser,洗得
非常干净,有很细很细的磨砂,适合每天晚上用,早上用的话可能就嫌干一点.少量就气泡
,一管可以用很久. 这个我已经用了好几年了,好像自从用了它以后洗脸很干净,然后自
此以后就没有满脸发痘痘了.
2. Philosophy Purity的洗面奶.这是温和派的洗面奶,适合早上用.

发帖数: 629 | 13 我觉得么，光靠倩碧的黄油保湿是不够的，貌似你还需要更保湿的霜。
另外就是抹得实在太多层了，那个EL的粉饼是粉状的粉底吧？并不是散粉吧？拿来定妆
会不会太over了？
另外一点，fundation不是拿来遮瑕的，只是用来均匀肤色。如果完全靠粉底遮瑕，会
变成很可怕的面具妆啊～～所以抹的时候都要抹少一点啊～而且要抹匀，set之后才能
进行下一部。
如果你用giorgio armani的粉底，我觉得最好用它家自己的master primer，我觉得用
其他的牌子的primer都不如GA家自己的这个primer贴合度高。而且这个primer感觉很水
水的，不油腻，有很高的持妆度。
另外，GA的fuandation一定要用GA自己的貂毛刷子上才上得均匀，而且要一点一点慢慢
上，不要一次到位，而是一层一层的叠上去。试过这个刷子才知道可以上得多么薄多么
匀。一般的fundation brush都会上得偏厚。不过那个beauty blender还是很赞的，一
定要湿润以后用才有效就是了。

clean clear铺天盖地广告期，老妈遂进货若干嘱咐我每天使用。。。。结果悲剧了，
lz的痘痘开始此消彼长层出不穷，而毛孔也开始不可控地增大。。。。可怜lz跟lz妈都
是没有research精神的懒人（在此要大吼三声：知识就是力量！！！）lz后来用到脸部
皮都几乎脱了一层才开始去思考是不是药不对症。虽然直到今日，lz还是没有research
精神没有深入研究护肤品化学成分的懒人，但是个人战痘经验还是应该跟大家分享一下
，希望抛砖引玉啦。
lz认为，要战痘，要先找到痘痘的起因： 大概来说，痘痘可分几种，有青春期激素水
平失调引起的，有身体内部排毒不利引起的，有脸部清洁不够引起的，也有成人压力大
或是作息不好或是饮食引起内分泌失调导致的。。。总体来说，引发痘痘的内因》外因
，而不同人在不同阶段引发痘痘的原因很多不一样，所以不能指望一种护肤品就能搞定
。所谓病急不能乱投医，那些痘痘有不可控趋势的可怜的娃，多半还是身体的问题导致

以及要把之前的地里的St Augustine全扒了。花费和劳力付出也不小。和邻居的地草不
兼容了。
考虑到草皮的话，只要松土一铺，盖top soil再浇水就好，确实方便些。

三个raised beds, 每个都是4x12 feet的。

目前菜地是空的，哇咔咔~
在第一个bed里面，昨晚已经把番茄苗，辣椒苗，和黄瓜苗埋进去了，
最边上还埋了两个土豆和一些葱，空的地方撒了胡萝卜和毛豆种子。
可是第二个，第三个bed还不知道种什么。
今天去买了些zucchini, honey dew melon,番茄和南瓜苗。
这三个raised beds满满承载着我丰收的希望啊，

关于电影标题
PKD的小说作品，有很多已经或将要被好莱坞改编成电影，但至今最有名的，是1982年
根据本书（“Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”）改编成的“Blade Runner”
。这部电影以晦暗压抑的气氛、光怪陆离的特效、震撼人心的主题，在近年多种科幻电
影排行评选中排名第一，在科幻史上影响极其深远。
有趣的是，据记载，“Blade Runner”这个片名其实来自另一部完全不相干的科幻小说。
1974年美国科幻作家Alan Nourse出版了一部题为“The Bladerunner”的长篇小说，主
角是在黑市上倒卖医疗器械的走私商。在那个书名里，blade用来指代手术刀。1979年
美国作家William Burroughs受雇把Alan Nourse的原著改写成一个适合拍电影的中篇小
