Control device。告诉我10天内联系court。按照本州规定，要罚款$130和２Points.
请教各位大侠，有没有好的办法上庭argue能使处罚减到最小程度？
另外请教大家哪里能找到美国交通规则的细则，真的想补充点美国交通规则的知识，以
免下次犯类似的错误！！！

左转，结果一边找路，一边转方向，地上的公交线没注意，在公交线上左转了。警察立
马给了一张disobeyed Traffic Control Device，写了No Turn exp Buses， 130块。
当时问警察这个影响会不会保险，她说不会。想在这里问问大家，
1.会影响保险么？
2.有什么办法能把影响减轻？(因为不住在纽约，去一趟挺麻烦的，所以去上庭是最后
的选择)
3.周六的事情，当时警察说是网上可以交钱，但是刚试了，貌似不行，这个系统更新不
是立刻的么？

我在马里兰州，出去玩经过纽约州，路过一个小town，当时刚下完雨，路上也没有什么
人和车辆，就没注意开过去了。马上一个警察追上来说，我 30mile 限速开了 42mile
，给开了一个ticket，上面写了disoeyed traffic control device, 1110A，好像不是
speeding ticket。
这个ticket上面两个选项：A，plea of guilty
B，plea of not guilty
请问我该怎么选呢，如果选B的话，是否需要我写什么证明材料呢，或者意味着我必须
去上庭吗？因为有点远，可以请律师帮忙办吗？
或者我干脆省事就选A呢？这样有什么不好的后果吗
开车新手，请大家指教了 |
