羟考酮、芬太尼、美沙酮，这些常用于急性重症病人的阿片类镇痛药（opioids）在美
国引起了相当大的社会问题。据美国疾控中心统计，每五个接受疼痛治疗的非癌症病人
中，就有一个被执业医师或者药师开出阿片类药物的处方，而这些药物的成瘾特性，不
仅为医疗保险系统带来了沉重的负担，更为病患以及家属带来难以衡量的创伤：每年世
界上80%的阿片类药物被美国所消耗，仅在2015年，就有约3亿份相关的止疼处方被开出
，相关医疗费用达到240亿美元；每天就有91人死于药物过量；而一旦孕妇使用了阿片
类镇痛药，将会极大提升婴儿成瘾的风险。
造成美国“阿片类药物瘟疫”现象的幕后原因，总结起来可分为：（1）医生在开出镇

fights China. And nether country will export F22/J20. So we might never know
the real combat performance.
Performance on paper is just for marketing purposes. |

看了，对好多历史事件就有了更清晰的认识。
比如，对越自卫反击战，是邓为了打破苏联通过越南在东南亚建立Indochinese
federation（那就在中国国境以南有大约一亿人口在越南控制之下）, 控制马六甲海峡
等实现对中国战略包围意图。
虽然战术上，PLA因为文革遗害，遭受了很大损失，但是这还是一个非常成功的
offensive deterrence战略。
战前，苏越刚签了苏越友好互助条约一个月。苏联有义务保卫越南。邓就选这时候打，
而且速战速决，一下就暴露出苏联的软弱，根本什么也没做。
而且以后，占领边界争议地区，越南就必须在北方陈重兵，钱哪里来，管苏联要。必然
更让苏联不堪重负。
邓继承了毛的硬朗作风，虽然要被侵略之名，但制敌于先机更重要，就坚决打。
总之，中美合作对抗苏联，中国起了非常积极的作用。
中美战略合作是结束冷战的重要因素。

costing billions dollars and should generate benefits in hundreds of
billions of dollars for PRC.
China does not have needs (yet) to fight a global war so the need to
transport heavy equipment by Y20 is not that great. But at least it is a
deterrent factor at this time.
The next major project should be KC-46/767 equivalent. Once completed, it
should push PRC power beyond the second island chain. |

美苏的几千枚核弹也不是一夜之间造出来的，中间经历了一个发展和博弈的过程。其中
涉及到军事科技的进步、美苏之间的对抗、还有人性所面临的终极考验。
我们从第一颗核弹讲起。
1945年7月16日，世界上第一颗原子弹在美国的新墨西哥州引爆。当时的美国总统杜鲁
门正在德国跟斯大林参加波茨坦会议，得知原子弹爆炸的消息后，他告诉斯大林美国掌
握了“一种威力巨大的新型武器”。斯大林对于这句话并没有特别多的表示，只是简单
地做了回复。杜鲁门觉得有点扫兴，觉得傻乎乎的斯大林根本没听说过原子弹，根本无
法理解这种新式武器的巨大威力。
