有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。

很多皮肤问题，比如干燥和表皮细纹，长期会影响皮肤深层，导致深层皱纹，适度的去
角质是为了纠正或延缓这个问题。当然比较激进的做法比如激光，chemical peel是为
了暂时性的效果，这个好坏是有争议，也不是人人都去做的。
正常的皮肤护理是应该的，一个人随着年龄的增长，哪怕再心善，再注意内在保养，也
一定会出现各种皮肤问题，比如暗沉，斑点，皱纹，松弛等等，皮肤的护理是为了推迟

this machine requires HE detergent. You can get it from anywhere, costco or
grocery stores. We use Tide HE liquid detergent.
In case you have to use the left over regular detergent, make sure to add it
directly into the chamber, and not to the detergent drawer on the top left.

同学一点有用的info.
地毯的状况是这样的：
住进来4年了，自己本来就不是什么high maintainance 的人 + 有小狗狗和我回国时家里
出现过的令人讨厌的东西。
还有一些dark spot,特别是厨房出口处，和楼梯口。
和我家狗狗potty training时在地毯上的accident 的痕迹。
以前用pet专用的地毯清洁剂，除味什么的没问题，可是没办法彻底清除痕迹。
厨房出来的有油的dark spot,买过high traffic carpet cleaner 也不怎么管用。
收到cleaner公司的coupon，可是一想到要先把屋子都收拾好，还要等人来就头大。
而且价格也不菲。
最后，无意中在网上看到有人去home depot自己租cleaner equipment.
昨天就拉着bf去home depot 侦查了一番。

有一天我在网上逛， 发现美国有10%的湿疹源于detergent allergy, 可以用soap
based product代替detergent. 我很想试一试， 于是就找到这种东西： soap nuts.
这是一种纯天然的跟栗子有点像的东西， 我觉得很像中国的皂角， 纯天然，而且可以
放在HE洗衣机里用。Amazon就有卖。
我们试了三个星期， 不仅是孩子的衣物， 而是家里所有的fabric都用它洗了一遍，清
除旧的trace detergent（比如大人的衣服，窗帘，可以洗的地毯， 孩子有时会碰到）
。效果非常明显， 我们孩子的湿疹大概只剩下20%的地方， 其他都好了。

detergent严格的来讲应该是指表面活性剂，
各种非皂类的清洗剂一般都含有detergent
包括shampoo，洗手液，洗衣液，洗洁精什么的
有极个别的洗发产品什么的会号称它们的产品不含detergent，不伤害头发 |

我家娃有mild infant eczema, 用大量的保湿霜镇压下去， 貌似好了， 但两岁多又开
始生儿童湿疹， 基本上发在肘关节，膝关节等处，这回只有用Aquaphor才管用， 但也
治标不治本。
有一天我在网上逛， 发现美国有10%的湿疹源于detergent allergy, 可以用soap
based product代替detergent. 我很想试一试， 于是就找到这种东西： soap nuts.
这是一种纯天然的跟栗子有点像的东西， 我觉得很像中国的皂角， 纯天然，而且可以
放在HE洗衣机里用。Amazon就有卖。
我们试了三个星期， 不仅是孩子的衣物， 而是家里所有的fabric都用它洗了一遍，清

这会是每个人的都有疑问--为什么没有Detergent就能提纯？还有活性？
（你也没说怎么破碎的 哪里表达的，Assuming是大肠，超声波。）
我估计，可能极少数穿莫蛋白和细胞膜在破碎过程中形成MICELLS，然后过柱子时候被你
拿到了。如果NTA柱子挂了蛋白后变成黄色，或者你的Elute是浅黄色，就很有可能是有
膜成分共同被结合，洗脱了。当然如果及少量，也可能看不到颜色变黄。
不怕麻烦的话，可以挑个简单的实验 加温和的Detergent （OG，DM，等等温和但是CMC
大点儿的），看看结果是不是一样。

），放多少洗衣液？衣服都是平时上下班穿的，在办公室。
其实我介意的不是那个洗衣液的味道，而是没有Rinse干净。有味道，而且味道特别大
，就说明没有Rinse干净。后来，重新用大水量（bedding cycle，满桶水）才Rinse干
净。但这是一个非常规的手段，用起来很不方便。
从洗衣原理来说。没有大量的水Rinse，洗衣液怎么能够被漂洗掉呢？detergent应该溶
解在水中，有足够量的水，才能去除detergent啊。当然高速旋转，能够去除部分
detergent。但是，真不觉得高速旋转有大量水漂洗效果好。

You have to use high efficiency soap. I have an HE washer and they manual
emphasizes only use HE detergent. It has to do with the suds and your
clothes will not be cleaned properly. Someone asked a similar question on
Yahoo Answers and the answer they got does a great job of explaining why not
to use regular detergent -
Don’t use your regular Tide. Now for the reason WHY: All front loading, and
